【摘要】:農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)是重要的基礎(chǔ)科學(xué),其研究成果對(duì)于科學(xué)的發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)作為農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)研究成果的載體,在記錄和發(fā)布已有的農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)研究成果的同時(shí),為農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)的未來(lái)研究方向提供了參考和依據(jù)。隨著農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)研究的細(xì)化和深入,其研究領(lǐng)域不斷拓寬,研究成果迅速積累,農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)的數(shù)目大量增加,如何合理利用農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)文獻(xiàn),為農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)的發(fā)展提供助力,成為農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)研究的一個(gè)新興領(lǐng)域。引文分析是通過(guò)數(shù)學(xué)方法和邏輯方法研究文獻(xiàn)的利用規(guī)律,進(jìn)行科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)、科學(xué)預(yù)測(cè)以及探究科學(xué)的發(fā)展規(guī)律的一種重要手段。因此,使用引文分析方法可以研究農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)之間的相互引用關(guān)系,為農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)的合理利用提供依據(jù),從而推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)的快速、持續(xù)發(fā)展。本研究在總結(jié)和發(fā)展已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,將"生命周期"的概念引入到引文分析理論中,歸納、總結(jié)了科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)的被引生命周期的概念,利用基于被引生命周期的引文分析方法對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。本文的主要研究成果工作如下:介紹了引文分析的起源與發(fā)展,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外引文分析方法的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié),比較、分析了已有的農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)的引文分析方法,提出了基于被引生命周期的引文分析方法。將聚類分析方法和引文分析方法結(jié)合,根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)被引生命周期的特點(diǎn)將其分為不同類別進(jìn)行對(duì)比;通過(guò)繪制文獻(xiàn)的被引生命周期曲線,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)文獻(xiàn)被引生命周期的直觀分析;利用時(shí)間序列模型對(duì)文獻(xiàn)的被引生命周期進(jìn)行建模,借助數(shù)學(xué)工具對(duì)被引生命周期進(jìn)行合理驗(yàn)證與科學(xué)解釋。使用基于被引生命周期的引文分析方法對(duì)Web of Science中收錄的1990年發(fā)表的農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)被引生命周期的差異,利用K-MEANS聚類方法將文獻(xiàn)劃分為不同被引類型,分別繪制了文獻(xiàn)被引生命周期曲線進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究。然后,利用時(shí)間序列模型對(duì)Web of Science中收錄的1990年發(fā)表的農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)的被引生命周期進(jìn)行建模。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)的被引生命周期可劃分為3個(gè)時(shí)期:引用增長(zhǎng)期、引用穩(wěn)定期和引用衰退期;根據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)在被引生命周期的差異,將其歸結(jié)為4種不同被引類型:快速轉(zhuǎn)折型、穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)型、正常引用型和持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)型。同時(shí),期刊被引生命周期形成原因較為復(fù)雜,多數(shù)期刊存在多種不同被引類型的文獻(xiàn),其被引生命周期由不同被引類型的文獻(xiàn)的被引生命周期共同決定。
[Abstract]:Agricultural science is an important basic science, and its research results are of great significance to the development of science. As the carrier of agricultural scientific research achievements, agricultural scientific literature not only records and publishes the existing agricultural scientific research results, but also provides a reference and basis for the future research direction of agricultural science. With the refinement and deepening of agricultural scientific research, its research field has been widened, the research results have accumulated rapidly, the number of agricultural scientific documents has increased greatly, how to make rational use of agricultural scientific literature to provide assistance for the development of agricultural science, To become a new field of agricultural science research. Citation analysis is an important means to study the law of document utilization, to make scientific evaluation, to predict scientifically and to explore the law of scientific development through mathematical and logical methods. Therefore, the citation analysis method can be used to study the mutual citation relationship between agricultural scientific documents, provide the basis for the rational use of agricultural scientific documents, and promote the rapid and sustainable development of agricultural science. On the basis of summarizing and developing existing research, this study introduces the concept of "life cycle" into the theory of citation analysis, and sums up the concept of cited life cycle of scientific literature. The citation analysis method based on citation life cycle was used to analyze the agricultural science literature. The main research results of this paper are as follows: the origin and development of citation analysis are introduced, the current research situation of citation analysis methods at home and abroad is summarized, and the existing citation analysis methods of agricultural science literature are analyzed. A citation analysis method based on citation life cycle is proposed. Cluster analysis method and citation analysis method are combined to divide them into different categories according to the characteristics of the cited life cycle of the literature, and the visual analysis of the cited life cycle of the document is realized by drawing the cited life cycle curve of the document. The citation life cycle of literature is modeled by time series model, and the cited life cycle is verified and explained scientifically by means of mathematical tools. The citation analysis method based on citation life cycle was used to analyze the agricultural science published in 1990 in Web of Science. According to the difference of citation life cycle of literature, the paper is divided into different citation types by K-MEANS clustering method, and the citation life cycle curve is drawn separately for comparative study. Then, the citation life cycle of the agricultural science published in 1990 in Web of Science was modeled by time series model. The study found that the cited life cycle of agricultural scientific literature can be divided into three periods: citation growth period, citation stable period and citation decline period; according to the differences of agricultural scientific literature in the cited life cycle, It can be divided into four different citation types: fast turning type, stable growth type, normal citation type and persistent growth type. At the same time, the cause of citation life cycle is more complex, most journals have many different citation types of literature, their cited life cycle is determined by the cited life cycle of different citation types of literature.
