中耕作物精準(zhǔn)穴施肥控制機(jī)構(gòu)工作參數(shù)優(yōu)化與試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為增加中耕作物產(chǎn)量,有效提高肥料利用率,設(shè)計(jì)了玉米苗期自動(dòng)穴施肥控制機(jī)構(gòu),通過(guò)土槽試驗(yàn)分析了穴施肥控制機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作參數(shù),研究了施肥傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)工作參數(shù)對(duì)施肥控制精準(zhǔn)度的影響規(guī)律。采用正交旋轉(zhuǎn)組合試驗(yàn),以動(dòng)力輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)速、臺(tái)車前進(jìn)速度、觸碰轉(zhuǎn)針高度為影響因子,以穴株擬合度和傷苗率為響應(yīng)函數(shù),利用Design-Expert軟件平臺(tái)的回歸分析法及響應(yīng)面分析法,對(duì)3個(gè)因子進(jìn)行單因素和多因素正交試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:在臺(tái)車前進(jìn)速度為1.25 m/s,動(dòng)力輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)速為16.5 r/min,觸碰轉(zhuǎn)針高度在5 mm的條件下,穴株擬合度可達(dá)到0.796,傷苗率接近10%,參數(shù)優(yōu)化結(jié)果滿足玉米苗期施肥控制性能的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to increase the yield of cultivated crops and improve the utilization rate of fertilizer effectively, the automatic acupoint fertilization control mechanism in maize seedling period was designed. The structure and working parameters of the fertilizer control mechanism were analyzed by the soil trough test, and the effect of the working parameters of the fertilizer transmission mechanism on the precision of fertilization control was studied. The speed of the output shaft, the speed of the trolley, the height of the touch needle as the influence factor, the response function of the fitting degree of the acupoint plant and the rate of the injured seedling, and using the regression analysis and response surface analysis of the Design-Expert software platform to carry out the single factor and multi factor orthogonal test on the 3 factors. The results show that the speed of the trolley is 1.25 m/s and the power output is in the platform. The axis speed is 16.5 r/min and the height of the touch needle is 5 mm, the fitting degree of the acupoint plant can reach 0.796, the rate of the injured seedling is close to 10%. The optimization results of the parameters meet the requirement of the fertilizer control performance of the maize seedling.
