間伐對馬尾松人工林土壤活性氮組分的影響

【摘要】:【目的】研究實(shí)施不同強(qiáng)度間伐后的馬尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb.)人工林土壤活性氮組分在各季節(jié)的變化規(guī)律,以明晰間伐對土壤活性氮的影響程度,為確定適宜的間伐強(qiáng)度及森林土壤氮素管理提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。【方法】以南京市溧水區(qū)林場2006年實(shí)施不同強(qiáng)度(弱度25%,中度45%,強(qiáng)度65%)間伐的29年生馬尾松人工林為研究對象,以未間伐為對照,于2015年4,7,10,12月采集不同處理0~10和10~20cm土層土樣,測定不同土層4種活性氮組分(可溶性有機(jī)氮(DON)、微生物生物量氮(MBN)、銨態(tài)氮(NH+4-N)、硝態(tài)氮(NO-3-N))的含量,分析不同間伐強(qiáng)度對土壤活性氮組分的影響。【結(jié)果】各活性氮組分含量存在一定的季節(jié)差異性,DON、MBN和NO-3-N含量在夏季均較低,NH+4-N含量在夏季和秋季時較高;钚缘M分對間伐的響應(yīng)存在一定的季節(jié)差異。與對照樣地相比,各間伐強(qiáng)度顯著(P0.05)降低了春季和冬季土壤的DON含量,提高了夏季和秋季土壤的DON含量。弱度和中度間伐顯著(P0.05)提高了各季節(jié)土壤MBN含量;強(qiáng)度間伐顯著(P0.05)提高了春季和冬季土壤MBN含量,降低了夏季和秋季土壤MBN含量。各間伐強(qiáng)度顯著(P0.05)提高了春季和夏季土壤的NH+4-N含量,降低了秋季土壤的NH+4-N含量;對冬季土壤NH+4-N含量的影響不一致,弱度間伐顯著(P0.05)升高,中度間伐顯著(P0.05)降低,強(qiáng)度間伐影響不顯著。與對照樣地相比,弱度和中度間伐顯著(P0.05)增加了春季土壤NO-3-N含量,降低了秋冬季土壤NO-3-N含量,弱度間伐對夏季土壤的NO-3-N含量無顯著影響,中度間伐顯著(P0.05)提高夏季土壤NO-3-N含量;強(qiáng)度間伐顯著(P0.05)提高春季土壤NO-3-N含量,降低夏季和冬季土壤的NO-3-N含量,對秋季土壤NO-3-N含量無顯著影響!窘Y(jié)論】各間伐強(qiáng)度對土壤活性氮組分的含量均有一定影響,中度間伐可促進(jìn)土壤活性氮組分的有效利用,為提高土壤氮素有效性,以實(shí)施中度間伐為宜。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the effect of different intensity thinning on Pinus massoniana Lamb. In order to clarify the influence of thinning on soil active nitrogen, the variation of soil active nitrogen components in different seasons of artificial forest was studied. In order to provide scientific basis for determining suitable thinning intensity and forest soil nitrogen management. [methods] Twenty-nine year old Pinus massoniana plantations with different intensity (weak degree 25, moderate 45, intensity 65%) implemented in Lishui District Forest Farm in Nanjing in 2006 were taken as the research object. Four active nitrogen components (soluble organic nitrogen), microbial biomass nitrogen (MBN), ammonium nitrogen (NH _ 4-N _ 4), nitrate nitrogen (no _ 3-N _ (3) were collected from different soil layers in December, using non-thinning as control, and soil samples of different treatments (0n10 and 10~20cm) were collected in December, respectively, and the contents of four active nitrogen components (soluble organic nitrogen), microbial biomass nitrogen (MBN), ammonium nitrogen (NH _ 4-N), nitrate nitrogen (no _ 3-N) were determined. The effects of different thinning intensities on soil active nitrogen components were analyzed. [results] there were certain seasonal differences in the contents of active nitrogen components in soil. The contents of DON-MBN and NO-3-N in summer were lower than those in summer. The contents of NH _ 4-N were higher in summer and autumn. There were seasonal differences in the response of active nitrogen components to thinning. The soil DON content in spring and winter was decreased, and the DON content in summer and autumn was increased. Weak and moderate thinning significantly increased soil MBN content in different seasons, and intensity thinning significantly increased soil MBN content in spring and winter, and decreased soil MBN content in summer and autumn. The soil NH _ 4-N content in spring and summer was increased, the NH _ 4-N content in autumn soil was decreased, the effect on soil NH _ 4-N content in winter was not consistent, the weak thinning was significantly increased (P _ (0.05), the moderate thinning was significantly decreased (P _ (0.05), the soil NH _ 4-N content in spring and summer was increased significantly (P _ (0.05), and the soil NH _ 4-N content in autumn was decreased. The effect of intensity thinning was not significant. Compared with the control land, weak and moderate thinning significantly increased soil NO-3-N content in spring, decreased soil NO-3-N content in autumn and winter, weak thinning had no significant effect on NO-3-N content in summer, moderate thinning significantly increased NO-3-N content in summer soil. Intensity thinning significantly increased soil NO-3-N content in spring, decreased soil NO-3-N content in summer and winter, but had no significant effect on soil NO-3-N content in autumn. [conclusion] each thinning intensity has certain effect on soil active nitrogen content. Moderate thinning can promote the effective utilization of soil active nitrogen components, in order to improve the availability of soil nitrogen, it is appropriate to implement moderate thinning.
