碳氮比和通氣量對(duì)牛糞與煙;旌隙逊蔬^(guò)程的影響

【摘要】:農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物如牛糞、煙梗的綜合利用是目前生物工程和有機(jī)肥開發(fā)的主要方向之一。大量研究表明,關(guān)于牛糞和煙梗堆肥的研究均集中于單一物料,而混合堆肥的研究報(bào)道較少。因此,本研究以牛糞和煙梗為原料,首先通過(guò)不同碳氮比試驗(yàn)篩選出牛糞與煙;旌隙逊实倪m宜碳氮比,然后在最適宜的碳氮比條件下進(jìn)行不同通氣量堆肥試驗(yàn),篩選出牛糞與煙梗混合堆肥的適宜通氣量,以期為牛糞與煙梗的無(wú)害化、資源化利用提供理論依據(jù)和技術(shù)支撐。主要研究結(jié)果如下:1.不同碳氮比對(duì)堆肥高溫(≥50℃)持續(xù)時(shí)間、電導(dǎo)率、種子發(fā)芽指數(shù)及營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分等指標(biāo)均有影響。當(dāng)碳氮比為22:1(T22)時(shí),高溫持續(xù)時(shí)間為16 d,堆肥結(jié)束后電導(dǎo)率為886μs·cm-1,種子發(fā)芽指數(shù)為121.3%,全氮、全磷和全鉀含量分別為3.86%、0.65%和1.83%,較初始含量分別增加了53.2%、35.4%和16.6%;碳氮比為19:1(T19)時(shí),高溫持續(xù)時(shí)間為12 d,堆肥結(jié)束后電導(dǎo)率為953μs·cm-1,種子發(fā)芽指數(shù)為118.5%,全氮和全鉀含量分別為4.19%和1.00%,較初始含量分別增加了60.0%和29.9%;碳氮比為25:1(T25)時(shí),高溫持續(xù)時(shí)間為8 d,堆肥結(jié)束后電導(dǎo)率為972μs·cm-1,種子發(fā)芽指數(shù)為78.9%,全氮和全鉀含量分別為3.02%和2.42%,較初始含量分別增加了15.3%和30.8%。綜合分析,T22處理高溫持續(xù)時(shí)間最長(zhǎng),堆肥結(jié)束后電導(dǎo)率最低,種子發(fā)芽指數(shù)最高,養(yǎng)分指標(biāo)含量均有所增加,牛糞與煙梗混合堆肥效果最理想。2.不同通氣量條件下,堆肥高溫持續(xù)時(shí)間、電導(dǎo)率、種子發(fā)芽指數(shù)及營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分等指標(biāo)均有差異。與對(duì)照(W0)相比,通氣12 h處理(W12)高溫持續(xù)時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)了5 d,堆肥結(jié)束后電導(dǎo)率降低了9.59%,種子發(fā)芽指數(shù)增加了54.88%,全氮、全磷和全鉀含量分別增加了10.60%、47.73%和10.91%;通氣6 h處理(W6)高溫持續(xù)時(shí)間與對(duì)照相同,堆肥結(jié)束后電導(dǎo)率降低了6.33%,種子發(fā)芽指數(shù)增加了47.70%,全氮、全磷和全鉀含量分別增加了8.02%、25.00%和10.91%。其中W12處理高溫延長(zhǎng)時(shí)間最長(zhǎng),電導(dǎo)率降低比例最大,全氮和全磷含量增加比例較高,最有利于堆肥腐熟度的提高和養(yǎng)分含量的釋放。本研究通過(guò)堆肥試驗(yàn)獲得了牛糞與煙;旌隙逊实膬蓚(gè)重要參數(shù),即最適宜碳氮比為22:1、通氣量為通氣12 h,在該參數(shù)控制下,能有效地提高牛糞與煙;旌隙逊市Ч彤a(chǎn)品品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste such as cow dung and tobacco stalk is one of the main directions of bioengineering and organic fertilizer development. A large number of studies show that the research on cow manure and tobacco stalk compost is concentrated on a single material. However, there were few reports on mixed composting. Therefore, the suitable C / N ratio of mixed compost was obtained by different C / N ratio tests. Then under the most suitable conditions of carbon and nitrogen ratio, the composting test with different aeration rate was carried out, and the suitable aeration rate of mixed compost of cow dung and tobacco stalk was screened out, in order to make the composting of cow dung and tobacco stem harmless.
