【摘要】：基于IAD延伸決策模型,通過1 004個農(nóng)戶樣本數(shù)據(jù)的二元Logistic整體回歸及分組回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn):農(nóng)戶耕地休養(yǎng)意愿同時受到戶主特征及家庭概況變量、耕地休養(yǎng)規(guī)則變量、休養(yǎng)環(huán)境與市場變量和認知改革變量的影響。農(nóng)戶生境的耕地依賴性制約了耕地休養(yǎng);曾撂荒農(nóng)戶和未撂荒農(nóng)戶在4個方面變量,尤其是休養(yǎng)規(guī)則偏好上存在顯著差異。曾撂荒農(nóng)戶傾向于自由度高、政府遴選權(quán)力低的休養(yǎng)規(guī)則,未撂荒農(nóng)戶更傾向于補償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高、有一定決策自由度的休養(yǎng)規(guī)則;在IAD語境下的進一步討論表明以多元模式為代表的休養(yǎng)規(guī)則可能有效改善耕地質(zhì)量,但在整個耕地休養(yǎng)的動態(tài)過程中,需要注意區(qū)分不同參與主體,選擇性地允許農(nóng)戶參與構(gòu)建相關(guān)規(guī)則,從而促進耕地休養(yǎng)的可持續(xù)性。
[Abstract]:Based on the extended decision model of IAD, the binary Logistic regression and grouping regression analysis of 1 004 sample data of farm households were used to find that the willingness of farmland recuperation was influenced by the characteristics of the head of household and the variables of the family profile, and the variables of the cultivated land recuperation rule at the same time. The influence of recuperation environment and market variables and cognitive reform variables. The farmland dependence of farmers' habitat restricts the cultivated land recuperation, the former abandoned farmers and the unabandoned farmers have four variables. In particular, there are significant differences in the preference of rest and recuperation rules. The former abandoned farmers tend to have high degree of freedom, the government has low power to choose the rest and recuperation rules, and the non-abandoned farmers prefer the rest and recuperation rules with high compensation standard and certain degree of freedom of decision-making. The further discussion in the context of IAD shows that the rest and recuperation rules, represented by multiple models, may effectively improve the quality of cultivated land, but in the whole dynamic process of cultivated land rest and recuperation, attention should be paid to distinguish different participants. Farmers are selectively allowed to participate in the construction of relevant rules, thus promoting the sustainability of cultivated land rest and recuperation.
