基于LESA體系的耕地質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:耕地資源作為人類生存與發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),其數(shù)量與質(zhì)量的變化對(duì)人類發(fā)展的作用不容忽視,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及糧食問題的出現(xiàn),人類對(duì)耕地保護(hù)的研究從重視數(shù)量轉(zhuǎn)向了質(zhì)量與數(shù)量并重。耕地的質(zhì)量不僅僅受到自然環(huán)境的影響,在很大程度上與人類活動(dòng)也息息相關(guān),我國耕地質(zhì)量的研究起步較晚,目前的研究也著重在于對(duì)耕地土壤質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)或者某一條件下土壤質(zhì)量的變化分析,對(duì)耕地立地條件則較為忽視,使得評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果與耕地實(shí)際生產(chǎn)狀況并不能保持較好的一致性。本次研究在借鑒美國LESA(Land Evaluation and Site Assessment)的思想上,利用數(shù)學(xué)方法,建立耕地土地評(píng)價(jià)與立地條件評(píng)價(jià)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,確保評(píng)價(jià)的完整性與精準(zhǔn)性,并以十堰市丹江口市為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的應(yīng)用展開了具體分析,主要過程如下:通過文獻(xiàn)分析,利用數(shù)學(xué)方法構(gòu)建了LESA評(píng)價(jià)模型,詳細(xì)介紹了評(píng)價(jià)單元?jiǎng)澐、指?biāo)體系構(gòu)建以及評(píng)價(jià)模型的建立過程,通過研究區(qū)土地利用現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查、土壤普查、實(shí)地調(diào)研等資料獲取對(duì)區(qū)域耕地質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生影響的相關(guān)因素狀況,通過Arcgis等技術(shù)手段對(duì)區(qū)域耕地質(zhì)量影響因素進(jìn)行了分析,構(gòu)建了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,確定了6種土地條件影響因素以及4種立地條件影響因素來進(jìn)行耕地綜合質(zhì)量模型評(píng)價(jià),并以提高區(qū)域耕地生產(chǎn)力為目的,最終確定了丹江口市的耕地質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型為L(zhǎng)ESA=0.7?LE+0.3?SA。利用LESA綜合質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)丹江口市耕地綜合分值進(jìn)行計(jì)算以及級(jí)別劃分,最終確定丹江口市耕地綜合質(zhì)量的空間分布情況,并對(duì)分布進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。研究認(rèn)為丹江口市綜合質(zhì)量較優(yōu)耕地為3280.96公頃,僅占全市總耕地面積的10.12%,較差耕地面積為12097.53公頃,占全市耕地總面積的37.71%,綜合來看,丹江口市耕地土地條件較好,立地條件較優(yōu)的耕地則很少,土地條件一般,立地條件較差是丹江口市耕地的普遍狀況,主要原因在于耕地自身連片性較差、區(qū)域?qū)r(nóng)田水利設(shè)施投資較少,道路交通條件較差等。研究最后根據(jù)綜合質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,分析了LESA評(píng)價(jià)體系在耕地利用規(guī)劃與其他實(shí)踐工作中的應(yīng)用,其中著重分析了在耕地利用方向劃定中的應(yīng)用,并根據(jù)丹江口市耕地綜合質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,劃分耕地利用規(guī)劃方向分值閾值點(diǎn),根據(jù)不同的分值情況,將丹江口耕地劃分為四個(gè)利用方向,能夠?yàn)榭茖W(xué)合理的規(guī)劃利用區(qū)域耕地提供了理論基礎(chǔ)與技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:As the material foundation of human existence and development, the change of quantity and quality of cultivated land can not be ignored. With the development of science and technology and the emergence of food problem, The study of cultivated land protection has changed from the emphasis on quantity to that of quantity. The quality of cultivated land is not only affected by the natural environment, but also closely related to human activities to a great extent. The study of cultivated land quality in our country started relatively late. The current research also focuses on the evaluation of cultivated land soil quality or the analysis of soil quality changes under certain conditions, while the site conditions of cultivated land are ignored. The evaluation results are not consistent with the actual production conditions of cultivated land. In this study, a comprehensive evaluation model of farmland land evaluation and site condition evaluation is established by using mathematical methods for reference from the idea of LESA(Land Evaluation and Site assessment in the United States. To ensure the integrity and accuracy of the evaluation, and Shiyan City Danjiangkou City as the research object of empirical analysis, and the application of the evaluation results launched a specific analysis, the main process is as follows: through literature analysis, The evaluation model of LESA was constructed by mathematical method, and the division of evaluation unit, the construction of index system and the process of establishing evaluation model were introduced in detail. Through the investigation of the present situation of land use in the study area, the soil survey was carried out. Through field investigation and other data to obtain the relevant factors that affect the quality of regional cultivated land, through Arcgis and other technical means to analyze the influencing factors of regional cultivated land quality, the evaluation index system is constructed. In order to improve the productivity of regional cultivated land, the comprehensive evaluation model of cultivated land quality in Danjiangkou is determined to be the comprehensive evaluation model of cultivated land quality in Danjiangkou, which includes 6 kinds of influencing factors of land condition and 4 kinds of influencing factors of site condition to evaluate the comprehensive quality of cultivated land. SA.Using LESA comprehensive quality evaluation model to calculate and classify the comprehensive score of cultivated land in Danjiangkou, finally determine the spatial distribution of the comprehensive quality of cultivated land in Danjiangkou. The statistical analysis of the distribution shows that the optimum cultivated land of comprehensive quality in Danjiangkou is 3280.96 hectares, accounting for only 10.12 of the total cultivated land area of the whole city, and the poor cultivated land area is 12097.53 hectares, accounting for 37.71% of the total cultivated land area of the whole city. The cultivated land condition of Danjiangkou city is better, the cultivated land condition is better than that of the site condition is few, the land condition is general, the site condition is poor is the common condition of the cultivated land in Danjiangkou city, the main reason lies in the poor continuity of the cultivated land itself. According to the results of comprehensive quality evaluation, the application of LESA evaluation system in farmland utilization planning and other practical work is analyzed. In this paper, the application in the delineation of cultivated land use direction is analyzed emphatically, and according to the result of comprehensive quality evaluation of cultivated land in Danjiangkou City, the threshold point of farmland use planning direction is divided, and according to the different value situation, The division of cultivated land in Danjiangkou into four utilization directions can provide theoretical basis and technical support for scientific and rational planning and utilization of regional cultivated land.
