白龍江沙灘公益林保護區(qū)不同撫育措施對地表甲蟲多樣性的影響

【摘要】:【目的】對白龍江沙灘公益林保護區(qū)地表甲蟲的群落組成和多樣性進行研究,為保護區(qū)生態(tài)恢復的撫育措施提供參考.【方法】在林區(qū)內(nèi)選擇修枝、割灌、間伐及對照4個不同撫育措施的人工云杉林地,采用巴氏罐誘法進行誘集地表甲蟲,對其物種組成及多樣性變化進行比較分析.【結(jié)果】共采集甲蟲標本543號,隸屬17科.其中步甲科個體數(shù)量最多,占總數(shù)的33.89%,是該地區(qū)地表甲蟲的優(yōu)勢類群,隱翅蟲科次之,占32.23%,球蕈甲科的個體數(shù)量占10.31%.大多數(shù)科的物種數(shù)在不同撫育措施沒有顯著差異,而步甲科、隱翅蟲科等在不同撫育措施下分布有顯著差異.間伐區(qū)甲蟲個體數(shù)量最多,與修枝區(qū)、割灌區(qū)及對照區(qū)差異極顯著(P0.01).未經(jīng)過撫育措施的對照區(qū)甲蟲個體數(shù)量最少,多樣性最低,種類貧乏,物種分布不均勻.多樣性指數(shù)在修枝區(qū)最高,與間伐區(qū)、割灌區(qū)差異不顯著,與對照區(qū)差異顯著(P0.05).物種豐富度在間伐區(qū)最高,與對照區(qū)差異顯著(P0.05),但與修枝區(qū)、割灌區(qū)差異不顯著.【結(jié)論】保護區(qū)內(nèi)地表甲蟲群落的物種多樣性與不同撫育措施密切相關(guān),在對保護區(qū)進行生態(tài)恢復時,采取合理有效的間伐撫育措施,將有助于提高該地區(qū)地表甲蟲的物種多樣性.
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the community composition and diversity of the ground beetles in the Beilongjiang Beach Public Welfare Forest Reserve, so as to provide a reference for the ecological restoration of the reserve. [methods] in the forest area, pruning and shredding were selected. The ground beetles were induced by Pap pot in 4 artificial spruce plantations with different tending measures. The species composition and diversity of the beetles were compared and analyzed. [results] A total of 543 beetle specimens were collected, and the species composition and diversity of the beetles were compared and analyzed. It belongs to 17 families. Among them, the number of individuals is the most, accounting for 33.89% of the total. It is the dominant group of ground beetles in this area, followed by Pteropteridae. In most families, there was no significant difference in the number of species in different tending measures, but there were significant differences in the distribution of beetles and phyllidae under different tending measures. The number of individuals in thinning areas was the most. Compared with pruning area, cutting irrigation area and control area, the difference was very significant (P0.01). The control area without tending measures had the least number of individuals, the lowest diversity, the poor species, and the uneven species distribution. The diversity index was the highest in pruning area, and was the highest in thinning area. The species richness was the highest in the thinning area, and significantly different from that in the control area (P 0.05), but to the pruning area. [conclusion] the species diversity of the ground beetle community in the reserve is closely related to different tending measures, and reasonable and effective thinning and tending measures should be taken in the ecological restoration of the reserve. It will help to improve the species diversity of the ground beetles in this area.
