3種海藻對無機鹽和有機物水體中氨態(tài)鹽凈化效果比較

【摘要】:本研究為比較闡明大型海藻對無機鹽和有機物水體中氨態(tài)鹽凈化效果比較,以2.15 mg/L氯化銨人工養(yǎng)殖污水及1.27 mg/L珍珠貝類排泄物養(yǎng)殖污水作為待處理污水,以密度6.5 g/L的針葉蕨藻(Caulerpa sertularioides)、長莖葡萄蕨藻(Caulerpa lentillifera)和細齒麒麟菜(Eucheuma denticulatum)分別進行凈化處理,分析水體中氨態(tài)鹽的濃度變化。研究結(jié)果表明:3種大型海藻對不同污染來源的氨態(tài)鹽凈化效果均良好;氯化銨人工養(yǎng)殖污水處理中,針葉蕨藻、長莖葡萄蕨藻、細齒麒麟菜對氨態(tài)鹽的凈化效率分別為97.29%、85.55%、67.3%,其中前兩種藻之間存在顯著差異(p0.05),與細齒麒麟菜之間存在極顯著差異(p0.01);珍珠貝類排泄物養(yǎng)殖污水處理中,針葉蕨藻、長莖葡萄蕨藻、細齒麒麟菜對氨態(tài)鹽的凈化效率分別為96.64%、93.86%、70.94%,前兩種藻與細齒麒麟菜間存在極顯著差異,其兩者之間存在差異性。因此,本研究結(jié)果將能為養(yǎng)殖污水生物處理工具的選擇提供一定的理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In order to compare the purifying effect of macroalgae on inorganic salt and ammonia salt in organic water, 2.15 mg/L ammonium chloride artificial culture wastewater and 1.27 mg/L pearl shellfish excreta were used as untreated sewage. Caulerpa sertularioidesus, Caulerpa lentillifera and Eucheuma denticulatum were treated with 6.5 g / L density. The concentration change of ammonia salt in water was analyzed. The results showed that three species of macroalgae were effective in purifying ammonia salt from different pollution sources. The purification efficiency of ammonia salt in Euchestrus tenuifolia was 97.29 and 85.550.There were significant differences between the first two species of algae, p0.05, and between the two species, and there was a very significant difference between the two species. The purification efficiency of ammonia salt in Euchestrus tenuifolia is 96.640.86860.94, respectively. There is a significant difference between the first two species of algae and Kirin, and there is a difference between them. The results of this study will provide some theoretical guidance for the selection of biological treatment tools for aquaculture wastewater.
