巖溶地下河流域表層土壤有機(jī)氯農(nóng)藥分布特征及來源分析

【摘要】:為研究有機(jī)氯農(nóng)藥(OCPs)在重慶南山老龍洞地下河流域表土中的分布趨勢(shì)、組成特征、來源及污染水平,采用氣相色譜-微池電子捕獲檢測(cè)器(GC-μECD)分析了6個(gè)代表性表層土樣中20種OCPs.結(jié)果表明,研究區(qū)表層土壤中20種OCPs均有不同程度檢出,其中(除DDE、順式氯丹、反式氯丹、狄氏劑)16種檢出率高達(dá)100%,氯丹類和DDTs是主要污染物,不同采樣點(diǎn)有機(jī)氯農(nóng)藥含量差異較大.OCPs總量變化范圍在5.57~2 618.57 ng·g~(-1)之間,平均值為467.28 ng·g~(-1),與國(guó)內(nèi)外其它區(qū)域相比,研究區(qū)表層土壤中HCHs和DDTs含量處于中上水平.有機(jī)氯農(nóng)藥總量和HCHs、DDTs、氯丹類農(nóng)藥總量分布具有相似的空間變化趨勢(shì),均為:上游中游下游,并且上游與中、下游的差距尤為顯著.來源分析表明,HCHs主要來源于林丹的使用,DDTs既來源于歷史農(nóng)藥殘留,也來源于近期工業(yè)DDT的非法使用和三氯殺螨醇的輸入,氯丹主要來自歷史殘留和大氣沉降.結(jié)合中外土壤質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),新力村土壤屬于有機(jī)氯農(nóng)藥嚴(yán)重污染土壤,下龍井灣、夏家咀和趙家院子土壤受到有機(jī)氯農(nóng)藥輕度污染,龍井旁和高中寺土壤屬于無污染土壤.
[Abstract]:In order to study the distribution trend, composition, source and pollution level of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in the surface soil of Laolongdong underground river basin in Nanshan, Chongqing. Gas chromatography-microcell electron capture detector (GC- 渭 ECD) was used to analyze 20 kinds of OCPs in 6 typical surface soil samples. There were 20 kinds of OCPs detected in the surface soil of the study area, and the detection rate was as high as 100% (except for DDE, cis-chlordane, trans-chlordane, dieldrin, and dieldrin). Chlordane and DDTs were the main pollutants. The content of organochlorine pesticides in different sampling sites varied greatly. The total content of OCPs varied from 5.57 ~ (2 618.57) ng 路g ~ (-1). The average value was 467.28 ng 路g ~ (-1) ~ (-1), compared with other regions at home and abroad. The contents of HCHs and DDTs in the surface soil of the study area were in the middle and upper level. The total amount of organochlorine pesticides and HCHsN DDTs and the total distribution of chlordane pesticides had a similar spatial variation trend. The source analysis showed that HCHs mainly originated from the use of lindane and DDTs from the history of pesticide residues. Also from the recent illegal use of industrial DDT and the import of dicofol, chlordane mainly from historical residues and atmospheric deposition, combined with Chinese and foreign soil quality standards. The soil of Xinli Village was seriously polluted by organochlorine pesticides. The soil of Xialong Bay, Xia Jia Tsui and Zhaojia yard was slightly polluted by organochlorine pesticides.
