A non-linear eddy viscosity model（NLEVM） and a scalable hybrid Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes/ large eddy simulation（RANS/LES） strategy are developed to improve the capability of the eddy viscosity model（EVM） to simulate complex flows featuring separations and unsteady motions.
