爆轟數(shù)值模擬中物理模型分層確認(rèn)實驗研究
[Abstract]:High reliability numerical simulation software has become an important support for engineering design and accident analysis. It is the best way to develop high reliability numerical simulation software to quantify the reliability of complex physical model and multi-physical process numerical simulation software based on experimental measurement data. Most of the physical models used in explosive detonation process simulation are phenomenological models, which contain cognitive and accidental mixed uncertainties. The development of high confidence numerical simulation software must quantify all kinds of uncertainties based on experimental data. Based on the verification and confirmation (VV) method, this paper clearly defines the concepts and connotations of single experiment, benchmark experiment, subsystem test and whole system test in hierarchical confirmation of model. Based on this, the hierarchical confirmation tree diagram of physical model in the numerical simulation of explosive detonation elastoplastic fluid mechanics is constructed, which provides the strategy for the confirmation test and model stratification confirmation needed for the physical model confirmation of explosive detonation process. It is suggested that the uncertainty of single-layer and cross-layer physical models should be quantified according to the hierarchical confirmation test, which provides an effective and feasible method for the development of high reliability numerical simulation software.
