【摘要】：基于歐拉梁和彈性薄板理論,該文分析了二級(jí)層級(jí)褶皺結(jié)構(gòu)的板模型在剪切或壓縮載荷下對(duì)應(yīng)的六種失效模式及對(duì)應(yīng)的名義應(yīng)力。通過比較名義應(yīng)力值,控制發(fā)生的失效模式類型,并結(jié)合多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化算法,同時(shí)進(jìn)行最小重量和最小撓度的性能優(yōu)化。該文建立了兩種優(yōu)化模型:一是控制首次發(fā)生的失效模式類型;二是根據(jù)損失大小將失效模式分級(jí),并按照等級(jí)序列發(fā)生。在此基礎(chǔ)上,討論了兩種優(yōu)化模型的Pareto前沿圖中典型設(shè)計(jì)點(diǎn)的性能指標(biāo),最后采用有限元分析驗(yàn)證失效模式類型。結(jié)果表明:兩種優(yōu)化模型得到的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),分別與控制發(fā)生的類型一致,綜合性能得到極大提升;第二種模型考慮了應(yīng)力值的差異,防止結(jié)構(gòu)突然發(fā)生整體失效,更加安全。
[Abstract]:Based on the Euler beam and elastic thin plate theory, this paper analyzes six failure modes and the corresponding nominal stresses of the plate model of the second-order fold structure under shear or compression loads. By comparing the nominal stress values, the failure mode types are controlled, and the performance optimization of minimum weight and minimum deflection is carried out in combination with the multi-objective optimization algorithm. In this paper, two optimization models are established: one is to control the type of failure mode that occurs for the first time, and the other is to classify the failure mode according to the loss size and occur according to the grade sequence. On this basis, the performance indexes of typical design points in Pareto frontier diagram of two optimization models are discussed, and finally, the failure mode types are verified by finite element analysis. The results show that the structural design obtained by the two optimization models is consistent with the type of control occurrence, and the comprehensive performance is greatly improved. The second model takes into account the difference of stress value and prevents the structure from suddenly failing as a whole, which is safer.
