干涉式?jīng)_量擺測(cè)試裝置及其雙精度數(shù)據(jù)處理方法

【摘要】:將激光干涉法應(yīng)用于沖量擺沖量測(cè)試中,分析了主要的測(cè)量不確定度,在測(cè)量過程中給出了相應(yīng)的處理方法。在利用累計(jì)峰值個(gè)數(shù)來計(jì)算最大擺角的常規(guī)方法基礎(chǔ)上,新增加了一套獨(dú)立、互補(bǔ)的數(shù)據(jù)處理方法,使其具有雙精度測(cè)試效果,結(jié)合這兩種方法可擴(kuò)大適用范圍并提高了測(cè)量的可靠性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the laser interferometry is applied to the measurement of impulse pendulum impulse. The main uncertainty of measurement is analyzed, and the corresponding processing method is given in the process of measurement. On the basis of the conventional method of calculating the maximum swing angle by using the cumulative peak number, a new set of independent and complementary data processing methods is added, which makes it have the double precision test effect. The combination of these two methods can expand the scope of application and improve the reliability of measurement.
