多孔發(fā)射藥等離子體增強(qiáng)燃速

【摘要】:利用密閉爆發(fā)器實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了等離子體增強(qiáng)4/7高固體發(fā)射藥燃速特性的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。采用等離子體發(fā)生器的電能利用效率來表征密閉爆發(fā)器內(nèi)輸入的等離子體能量,擬合了考慮壓力梯度影響和電功率增強(qiáng)的固體發(fā)射藥瞬態(tài)燃速公式。根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)得到4/7高固體發(fā)射藥的電功率燃速增強(qiáng)因子為0.005 MW~(-1)。與Woodley燃速公式相比,瞬態(tài)燃速公式與實(shí)驗(yàn)壓力曲線符合程度更高,能夠更精確地描述固體發(fā)射藥在等離子體作用下的燃燒過程。
[Abstract]:An experimental study on the combustion rate of plasma enhanced 4 / 7 solid propellant was carried out using a closed explosive system. The power utilization efficiency of the plasma generator is used to characterize the input of plasma energy in the closed explosive, and the formula of transient burning rate of solid propellant considering the influence of pressure gradient and the enhancement of electric power is fitted. According to the experimental data, the electric power burning rate enhancement factor of 4 / 7 high solid propellant is 0.005 MW~ (-1). Compared with the Woodley burning rate formula, the transient burning rate formula is more consistent with the experimental pressure curve, and can more accurately describe the combustion process of solid propellant under the action of plasma.
