外掠百葉板流場(chǎng)自持振蕩數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:外掠百葉板流動(dòng)在工程中十分常見(jiàn),由其引發(fā)的流場(chǎng)自持振蕩現(xiàn)象能夠?qū)е铝鲌?chǎng)壓力持續(xù)波動(dòng),使周?chē)Y(jié)構(gòu)承受持續(xù)作用的周期載荷,造成結(jié)構(gòu)疲勞安全隱患.采用數(shù)值模擬方法,針對(duì)外掠百葉板流場(chǎng)自持振蕩問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究.計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:低馬赫數(shù)條件下,外掠百葉板流場(chǎng)中產(chǎn)生的自持振蕩現(xiàn)象屬于純流體動(dòng)力學(xué)問(wèn)題,其形成原因?yàn)榱鲌?chǎng)剪切層振蕩所引發(fā)的大尺度渦團(tuán)的形成與遷移.同時(shí),隨之產(chǎn)生的壓力振蕩具有持續(xù)性及周期性.自持振蕩頻率是空間均勻的,而幅值在主流方向上呈先急劇增大后穩(wěn)定,最后小幅減小的趨勢(shì).隨著百葉板內(nèi)側(cè)的空腔體積不斷增大,振蕩頻率變化較小,振蕩幅值逐漸增大并在空腔體積達(dá)到一定值后保持穩(wěn)定.
[Abstract]:The flow of outer swept louver plate is very common in engineering. The phenomenon of self-sustaining oscillation of flow field caused by it can cause continuous fluctuation of flow field pressure, make the surrounding structure bear the periodic load of continuous action, and cause structural fatigue safety hidden trouble. A numerical simulation method is used to study the self-sustaining oscillation of the flow field in a swept louver plate. The results show that the self-sustained oscillation in the flow field of swept louver plate is a pure hydrodynamic problem under the condition of low Mach number, and the reason is the formation and migration of large scale vortex mass caused by shear layer oscillation in the flow field. At the same time, the resulting pressure oscillations are persistent and periodic. The frequency of self-sustaining oscillation is uniform in space, while the amplitude increases sharply and then stabilizes in the mainstream direction, and then decreases slightly. With the increasing of the cavity volume inside the louver plate, the oscillation frequency changes little, and the oscillation amplitude increases gradually and remains stable when the cavity volume reaches a certain value.
