黏彈性材料等效分?jǐn)?shù)階微觀結(jié)構(gòu)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)線性固體模型
[Abstract]:Starting from the micro-chain structure of viscoelastic materials and based on the Gauss statistical model of hyperelastic molecular network and viscous flow theory of rubber-based viscoelastic materials, the effects of microstructure and fillers on the viscoelastic properties of viscoelastic materials are studied. An equivalent fractional order microstructural standard linear solid model was established to describe the energy dissipation characteristics of viscoelastic materials. The mechanical properties and energy dissipation capacity of viscoelastic materials were tested by dynamic thermomechanical analyzer (DMA). The results show that the storage modulus is large in the low temperature region, and decreases with the increase of temperature. The energy dissipation factor is smaller in high temperature and low temperature regions, and higher in the vicinity of glass transition temperature. According to the test data, the proposed equivalent fractional order microstructure standard linear solid model is validated. The mechanical model can well describe the variation of energy storage modulus and energy dissipation factor of viscoelastic materials with temperature. The results show that 9050A and ZN22 viscoelastic materials have good energy dissipation ability. The proposed equivalent fractional order standard linear solid model can accurately describe the effects of microstructure and fillers on the macroscopic properties of viscoelastic materials, and can accurately describe the effects of microstructure and fillers on the macroscopic properties of viscoelastic materials. The dynamic mechanical properties of viscoelastic materials at different temperatures and frequencies are described.
