超高速撞擊厚靶過(guò)程的能量分配研究

【摘要】:超高速撞擊過(guò)程的能量分配研究,對(duì)于解決動(dòng)能撞擊、發(fā)展導(dǎo)彈攔截技術(shù)、判定空間飛行器被撞事件及評(píng)估碰撞破壞程度具有重要的理論意義.論文在總結(jié)前人關(guān)于超高速撞擊過(guò)程能量分配的基礎(chǔ)上,將超高速撞擊厚靶過(guò)程中彈丸的動(dòng)能分配歸納為靶板的變形能、彈丸與靶板作用過(guò)程應(yīng)力波傳播使靶板內(nèi)能的增加、撞擊產(chǎn)生碎片的崩濺能和產(chǎn)生電磁輻射的輻射能,并結(jié)合理論推導(dǎo)、實(shí)驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬對(duì)撞擊速度為2.61km/s且正碰撞2A12鋁靶的能量分配進(jìn)行了定量計(jì)算.研究結(jié)果表明:無(wú)論在彈坑的形貌、尺寸還是輻射溫度等方面,實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量結(jié)果、理論推導(dǎo)結(jié)果與數(shù)值模擬的結(jié)果均基本吻合.該研究成果在解決行駛中的車(chē)輛碰撞問(wèn)題以及航空飛行器遭遇鳥(niǎo)撞等領(lǐng)域亦有重要的參考價(jià)值.
[Abstract]:The study of energy distribution in the process of hypervelocity impact has important theoretical significance for solving kinetic energy impact, developing missile interception technology, judging the collision event of space vehicle and evaluating the degree of collision damage. On the basis of summarizing the energy distribution in the hypervelocity impact process, the kinetic energy distribution of the projectile during the hypervelocity impact on the thick target is reduced to the deformation energy of the target plate, and the stress wave propagation during the interaction between the projectile and the target plate results in the increase of the energy in the target plate. The splashing energy of debris and the radiation energy of electromagnetic radiation produced by impact are calculated quantitatively by means of experiments and numerical simulations. The energy distribution of 2A12 aluminum target with impact velocity of 2.61km/s is calculated quantitatively. The results show that the experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results in terms of the shape, size and radiation temperature of the crater. The research results also have important reference value in solving the problem of vehicle collision and aircraft encounter bird collision and other fields.
