【摘要】：建立了近壁面區(qū)池沸騰系統(tǒng)分子動力學模型,將壁面對流體的作用作為附加力引入,從成核位置、平均分子動能和界面接觸熱阻三個方面研究了壁面潤濕性對液氬沸騰核化的影響規(guī)律和機理。模擬結(jié)果表明,壁面潤濕性越強,壁面對流體分子的束縛作用越強,成核位置離壁面越遠;壁面潤濕性較強時緊靠壁面區(qū)域的平均分子動能明顯高于遠離壁面處的平均分子動能,潤濕性弱時沿垂直壁面方向分子動能變化不明顯;對于潤濕性較強的壁面,界面接觸熱阻較大,不利于沸騰核化。
[Abstract]:The molecular dynamics model of pool boiling system near the wall was established. The effect of the fluid on the wall was introduced as the additional force from the nucleation position. The effect of wall wettability on nucleation of liquid argon boiling was studied from three aspects: average molecular kinetic energy and interfacial contact thermal resistance. The simulation results show that the stronger the wettability of the wall is, the stronger the binding effect of the wall is on the fluid molecules, and the farther the nucleation position is from the wall. When the wettability is strong, the average molecular kinetic energy near the wall is obviously higher than that near the wall. When the wettability is weak, the change of molecular kinetic energy along the vertical wall is not obvious, but for the wall with strong wettability, The interfacial contact thermal resistance is large, which is not conducive to boiling nucleation.
