粘彈性夾心夾層結(jié)構(gòu)卸載后的裂紋持續(xù)擴展現(xiàn)象研究

【摘要】:以聚氨酯彈性體鋼夾層板為研究對象,對其進行了三點彎曲實驗,對不同類型試件的實驗結(jié)果進行了總結(jié).實驗發(fā)現(xiàn),在加載過程中,在彎曲撓度超過一定程度時,夾層板結(jié)構(gòu)的角點位置出現(xiàn)開裂,由于層間強度不足和夾心材料的粘彈性性質(zhì),卸載后裂紋會在一段時間內(nèi)沿層間繼續(xù)發(fā)生擴展,最后導致整個面板發(fā)生脫粘或夾心撕裂.針對這一現(xiàn)象,以彈性地基梁理論為基礎,計算了上下面板的撓度差異,并使用層間粘結(jié)強度來分析試件的臨界狀態(tài),獲得了軟夾芯試件和硬夾芯試件的臨界破壞的裂紋長度.結(jié)果表明,使用層間粘結(jié)強度分析方法,獲得的結(jié)果都能夠描述聚氨酯彈性體鋼夾層板的層間延遲破壞的特點.
[Abstract]:The three-point bending test of polyurethane elastomer steel sandwich plate was carried out, and the experimental results of different types of specimens were summarized. It is found that when the bending deflection exceeds a certain degree during the loading process the corner position of sandwich plate structure cracks due to the insufficient interlaminar strength and the viscoelastic properties of the sandwich material. After unloading, the crack will continue to propagate along the interlayer for a period of time, resulting in debonding or sandwich tearing of the whole panel. In view of this phenomenon, based on the theory of elastic foundation beam, the deflection difference of upper and lower panels is calculated, and the critical state of specimens is analyzed by means of interlaminar bond strength, and the critical crack length of soft sandwich specimen and hard sandwich specimen is obtained. The results show that the results obtained by using the method of interlaminar bond strength analysis can describe the characteristics of interlaminar delay failure of polyurethane elastomer steel sandwich laminates.
