【摘要】：用J積分理論分析了層狀陶瓷受彎曲載荷作用時J_(far(0)),J far(a),J_(far(a))-J_(far(0))和J_(tip)的特點,這里J_(far(0)),J_(far(a))分別表示無裂紋時和裂紋長度為a時的遠場J積分,J_(tip)表示裂尖J積分.裂紋是垂直于界面的表面裂紋,基本假設(shè)是裂紋只影響局部應(yīng)力應(yīng)變場.由于積分路徑所包圍的材料界面長度隨積分路徑變化,導(dǎo)致J_(far(0))和J_(far(a))都隨積分路徑變化,但當積分路徑遠離裂紋影響區(qū)域時J_(far(a))-J_(far(0))不再隨路徑變化.J_(far(a))-J_(far(0))可作為非均勻材料斷裂的遠場驅(qū)動力參量,J_(tip)-(J_(far(a))-J_(far(0)))可用來評價材料非均勻性對裂紋擴展驅(qū)動力的促進或抑制作用.
[Abstract]:The J integral theory has been used to analyze the characteristics of J _ S _ Farfara _ T _ (J) and J _ S _ T _ T _ T _ T _ T _ T _ (J _ T _ T _ T _ J _ T _ T _ T _ J _ T _ T _ T _ T _ T _ T _ T _ T _ T _ J _ T _ T _ T _ (J _ T _ p) _ _ _ The crack is a surface crack perpendicular to the interface, and the basic assumption is that the crack only affects the local stress-strain field. Because the interfacial length of the material surrounded by the integral path varies with the integral path, both JS and JSP are changed with the integral path. However, when the integral path is far from the area affected by the crack, JSP / Fara / JJ / S / T) can be used as the far field driving force parameter of nonhomogeneous material fracture.) it can be used to evaluate the promoting or inhibiting effect of material heterogeneity on the driving force of crack growth.
