噴嘴尾部流道的流場(chǎng)分析及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:噴嘴是水力水平鉆孔設(shè)備的核心元件,改善其結(jié)構(gòu)有利于提高低滲透油氣資源開(kāi)采的施工效率。因此基于計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)(CFD)技術(shù),分析尾部流道結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)射流流場(chǎng)的影響,得出以下結(jié)論:尾部流道數(shù)N=6、傾角α滿足15°α30°,噴嘴出口直徑d=1.4mm時(shí),噴嘴的破巖和排屑性能較好;合理設(shè)計(jì)N和d,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)噴嘴自推進(jìn)和射流破巖兩項(xiàng)功能;合理設(shè)計(jì)α,能有效改善尾部流道的磨損情況,延長(zhǎng)噴嘴使用壽命。
[Abstract]:Nozzle is the core component of hydraulic horizontal drilling equipment. Improving its structure is beneficial to improve the construction efficiency of low permeability oil and gas resources mining. Therefore, based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technique, the influence of the structural parameters of the tail channel on the jet flow field is analyzed. The following conclusions are obtained: when the tail channel number N ~ (6), the dip angle 偽 to meet 15 擄偽 30 擄, and the nozzle outlet diameter d=1.4mm, the nozzle's rock breaking and debris removal performance is better; The rational design of N and d is beneficial to realize the self-propulsion of nozzle and the rock breakage of jet, and the reasonable design of 偽 can effectively improve the wear of the tail channel and prolong the service life of nozzle.
