爆破動載作用下新噴射混凝土累積損傷效應(yīng)的模型實(shí)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:利用模型實(shí)驗(yàn)的手段模擬了巷道的爆破掘進(jìn),并在實(shí)驗(yàn)中輔以聲波測試,通過分析聲波波速和聲波波形的變化規(guī)律,研究了新噴射混凝土在多次爆破動載作用下的累積損傷效應(yīng)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,爆破次數(shù)、與掌子面之間的距離和爆破藥量均會影響噴射混凝土的累積損傷,這種影響體現(xiàn)在聲波波速和波形2個方面:爆破次數(shù)增加、距離減小和藥量增加,則聲速降低值越大,波形變化越明顯,即累積損傷值越大;爆破次數(shù)和距掌子面的距離均與累積損傷呈非線性關(guān)系,其中距離與爆破損傷之間的非線性關(guān)系可以用二次多項(xiàng)式進(jìn)行較好的擬合;第一次爆破對聲速和波形影響最大,造成的單次損傷值也最大;在小藥量爆破的情況下,測試面的最大累積損傷值達(dá)到了0.126 8,表明爆破近區(qū)噴射混凝土的損傷是需要關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The blasting tunneling of roadway is simulated by the method of model experiment, and the acoustic wave test is used to analyze the variation law of acoustic wave velocity and wave. The cumulative damage effect of new shotcrete under multiple blasting dynamic loads is studied. The experimental results show that the cumulative damage of shotcrete will be affected by blasting times, distance to palm surface and explosive quantity, which is reflected in two aspects of acoustic wave velocity and waveform: the increase of blasting times, the decrease of distance and the increase of explosive quantity. The larger the decrease value of sound velocity, the more obvious the waveform change, that is, the bigger the cumulative damage value, the nonlinear relationship between the blasting frequency and the distance from the palm surface and the cumulative damage. The nonlinear relation between distance and blasting damage can be fitted well by quadratic polynomial. The first blasting has the greatest influence on the sound velocity and waveform, and the single damage value is the largest. The maximum cumulative damage value of the test surface is 0.126, which indicates that the damage of shotcrete near the blasting area should be paid more attention to.
