懸臂梁易損部件在矩形加速度脈沖激勵下的動力學響應與有限元分析

【摘要】:為分析懸臂梁易損部件在矩形脈沖激勵下的振動響應,推導出懸臂梁在懸臂端處動態(tài)應力的近似解析解,得到最大應力與矩形脈沖峰值之間的關系,分析結果表明:在速度變化量一定時,最大應力隨加速度脈沖幅值的增加而增加,但會無限逼近極限值。最后建立了易損件-質量主體在矩形脈沖激勵下的有限元模型,并與解析解進行了對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)運用2階振動模態(tài)即可得到精確的懸臂梁的應力響應,所取得的研究成果為具有懸臂梁式易損件在蜂窩紙板緩沖作用下的防護提供理論基礎。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the vibration response of vulnerable parts of cantilever beam under rectangular pulse excitation, an approximate analytical solution of the dynamic stress of cantilever beam at the end of the cantilever is derived, and the relationship between the maximum stress and the peak value of rectangular pulse is obtained. The results show that the maximum stress increases with the increase of the amplitude of the acceleration pulse, but it is infinitely close to the limit value when the velocity change is constant. Finally, the finite element model of the damaged part-mass subject under rectangular pulse excitation is established, and compared with the analytical solution, it is found that the stress response of the cantilever beam can be obtained by using the second order vibration mode. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the protection of cantilever beam-type breakable parts under the action of honeycomb paperboard cushioning.
