【摘要】:數(shù)值模擬研究了高速氣流作用下能量加載金屬蜂窩板溫度場。針對金屬蜂窩典型單元,構(gòu)造了蜂窩核細(xì)觀導(dǎo)熱數(shù)值計算分析模型。采用流固耦合計算方法,使用兩相流模型和凝固/熔化模型模擬氣流對燒蝕物的剝蝕,較完整地模擬了能量加載金屬蜂窩板的物理變化過程,計算得到了金屬蜂窩板的溫度分布以及燒蝕形貌。結(jié)果表明兩相流方法能夠較全面地模擬能量加載金屬蜂窩板過程中的對流換熱、熔化與凝固過程以及金屬液體在氣流沖刷下的動力學(xué)過程,能獲得較為合理的物理圖像。
[Abstract]:The temperature field of metal honeycomb plates loaded with energy under the action of high velocity airflow is studied numerically. A numerical calculation and analysis model of meso thermal conductivity of honeycomb core is constructed for typical metal honeycomb elements. The two-phase flow model and solidification / melting model are used to simulate the denudation of the ablative material by using the fluid-solid coupling calculation method, and the physical change process of the metal honeycomb plate loaded with energy is simulated completely. The temperature distribution and ablation morphology of metal honeycomb plate were calculated. The results show that the two-phase flow method can fully simulate the convection heat transfer, melting and solidification process of metal honeycomb plates loaded with energy, and the kinetic process of metal liquid under air scour, and can obtain more reasonable physical images.
