錐形改流體下部孔徑對(duì)筒倉卸料流態(tài)的影響

【摘要】:為了獲取錐形改流體(cone-in-cone)下部孔徑對(duì)筒倉內(nèi)卸料流態(tài)和倉壁壓力的影響,實(shí)現(xiàn)中心流筒倉內(nèi)物料流態(tài)從中心流到整體流的轉(zhuǎn)變,改善筒倉內(nèi)物料流動(dòng)環(huán)境,建立模型,用試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證模型是正確的,該文采用離散元法對(duì)三維筒倉中ABS球卸料過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果表明:筒倉卸料口尺寸不變時(shí),減小錐形改流體下部孔徑,整體流系數(shù)增大,筒倉內(nèi)物料流態(tài)能夠從中心流轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檎w流,筒倉壁峰值壓力減小且峰值壓力位置上移。改流體傾角為120°、135°時(shí),當(dāng)錐形改流體距筒倉錐形壁面的距離與錐形改流體下部孔徑的比值大于等于1時(shí),能實(shí)現(xiàn)從中心流到整體流的轉(zhuǎn)變。該研究基于數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果提出了錐形改流體的設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),可為工程上確定改流體結(jié)構(gòu)、位置參數(shù)提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the effect of the lower aperture of cone-cone) on discharge flow and wall pressure in silo, to change the material flow state from center flow to integral flow in central flow silo, to improve the material flow environment in silo, and to establish a model. The method of discrete element is used to simulate the unloading process of ABS ball in three dimensional silo. The numerical simulation results show that when the size of the discharge port of the silo is constant, the lower aperture of the tapered fluid is reduced, the overall flow coefficient increases, and the material flow pattern in the silo can be changed from the central flow to the whole flow. The peak pressure of silo wall decreases and the position of peak pressure moves up. When the inclination angle of the modified fluid is 120 擄/ 135 擄, when the ratio between the distance from the tapered fluid to the tapered wall of the silo and the lower aperture of the tapered modified fluid is greater than or equal to 1, the transition from the center flow to the whole flow can be realized. Based on the numerical simulation results, the design criteria of conical fluid modification are proposed, which can provide a reference for determining the structure and position parameters of the modified fluid in engineering.
