【摘要】：為了揭示有限管道壁面對(duì)圓柱繞流尾跡演化特性的影響,采用基于有限容積法的數(shù)值模擬方法,對(duì)矩形管道內(nèi)雷諾數(shù)為100的三維圓柱繞流尾跡流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,探討阻流比和長(zhǎng)徑比對(duì)圓柱表面和尾跡流場(chǎng)中壓力分布的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:圓柱前、后駐點(diǎn)的壓力系數(shù)受展向位置影響較大,后駐點(diǎn)壓力系數(shù)與旋渦脫落狀態(tài)有關(guān);時(shí)均壓力系數(shù)受管道端壁影響顯著,沿前駐點(diǎn)至后駐點(diǎn)圓柱表面時(shí)均壓力系數(shù)先減小后增大;在遠(yuǎn)離端壁一定區(qū)域內(nèi),尾跡流態(tài)為渦街;而在靠近端壁的一定區(qū)域內(nèi),尾跡呈現(xiàn)出近似雙子渦形態(tài);圓柱表面相同位置處的時(shí)均壓力系數(shù)基本上隨阻流比的增大而增大,隨長(zhǎng)徑比的增大而減小。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the influence of the evolutional characteristics of the wake around a cylinder on the wall of a finite pipeline, a numerical simulation method based on the finite volume method is used to calculate and analyze the wake flow field of a three-dimensional cylinder with Reynolds number of 100 in a rectangular pipe.The effects of ratio of resistance to flow and ratio of length to diameter on pressure distribution on cylinder surface and wake flow field are discussed.The results show that in front of the cylinder, the pressure coefficient of the rear stop point is greatly affected by the spanned position, the pressure coefficient of the rear stop point is related to the vortex shedding state, and the time average pressure coefficient is significantly affected by the end wall of the pipe.The average pressure coefficient decreases first and then increases along the front stop point and then increases; in a certain region far away from the end wall, the wake flow is a vortex street, but in a certain region near the end wall, the wake appears to be similar to the binary vortex shape.The time-averaged pressure coefficient at the same position on the cylinder surface increases with the increase of the resistance flow ratio and decreases with the increase of the aspect ratio.
