一種爆破片氣液兩相流臨界泄放計算方法

【摘要】:針對爆破片氣液兩相流超壓泄放難以確定的問題,應用分相模型和流體基本方程,在絕熱等熵假設下引入滑速比理論,推導出氣液兩相流臨界泄放量的計算模型。在環(huán)境壓強為0.2MPa~0.6MPa情況下,計算得到:當含氣率從0增加到0.1時,質量流量急劇下降;當含氣率從0.1增加到0.96時,質量流量下降比較平緩;工況壓力越大,質量流量越大。其中在含氣率大于0.1時,計算結果與實驗結果基本吻合;含氣率小于0.1時,隨著含氣率趨近0,誤差越來越大。含氣率小于0.1時,通過與文獻中Yoon模型、Fauske模型、實驗結果進行比較,驗證了絕熱等熵模型仍然具有較高的準確性。最后將其與GB567-2012方法、等焓膨脹模型、均相計算模型比較,計算結果基本一致,驗證了模型實際應用的準確性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the overpressure release of gas-liquid two-phase flow in blasting disc is difficult to determine, the calculation model of critical discharge quantity of gas-liquid two-phase flow is deduced by applying the phase separation model and the basic fluid equation, and introducing the theory of slip velocity ratio under the assumption of adiabatic isentropic.When the ambient pressure is 0.2MPa~0.6MPa, the mass flow rate decreases sharply when the gas holdup increases from 0 to 0.1; when the gas content increases from 0. 1 to 0. 96, the mass flow rate decreases slightly; the higher the operating pressure, the greater the mass flow rate.The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results when the gas holdup is greater than 0.1, and the error increases with the gas holdup less than 0.1.When the gas content is less than 0.1, the experimental results show that the adiabatic Isentropic model is still accurate by comparing with the Yoon model and the Fauske model in the literature.Finally, compared with GB567-2012 method, iso-enthalpy expansion model and homogeneous calculation model, the calculation results are basically consistent, which verifies the accuracy of the model in practical application.
