【摘要】：為了研究?jī)蓤A柱體結(jié)合面之間靜摩擦力對(duì)接觸強(qiáng)度的影響,文章通過引入靜摩擦影響系數(shù),在分形理論的M-B接觸模型、靜摩擦因數(shù)預(yù)測(cè)模型和Gelinck數(shù)學(xué)模型基礎(chǔ)上,修正結(jié)合面之間真實(shí)接觸面積計(jì)算方法,并推導(dǎo)考慮靜摩擦影響的兩圓柱體結(jié)合面分形接觸強(qiáng)度模型。通過Matlab仿真分析發(fā)現(xiàn):靜摩擦因數(shù)對(duì)接觸強(qiáng)度的影響呈現(xiàn)復(fù)雜的非線性關(guān)系,無法通過單一的調(diào)節(jié)潤(rùn)滑黏度、接觸速率等因素改變接觸強(qiáng)度;與傳統(tǒng)接觸強(qiáng)度模型相比,該文所用模型計(jì)算的接觸強(qiáng)度有所降低,且隨著分形維數(shù)的減小接觸強(qiáng)度呈現(xiàn)非線性增大。研究結(jié)果為進(jìn)一步探討摩擦對(duì)齒輪等實(shí)際產(chǎn)品的接觸強(qiáng)度影響提供了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of static friction on contact strength between two cylinders, this paper introduces the influence coefficient of static friction, based on the M-B contact model of fractal theory, the prediction model of static friction coefficient and the Gelinck mathematical model.The calculation method of real contact area between bonding surfaces is modified and the fractal contact strength model of two cylindrical joints considering the influence of static friction is derived.Through Matlab simulation analysis, it is found that the static friction coefficient has a complex nonlinear relationship on contact strength, and the contact strength can not be changed by single adjustment of lubricating viscosity and contact rate, which is compared with the traditional contact strength model.The contact strength calculated by the model in this paper is reduced, and the contact strength increases nonlinear with the decrease of fractal dimension.The results provide a theoretical basis for further exploring the influence of friction on the contact strength of gears and other products.
