【摘要】:研究了最新ASME-Ⅷ-2規(guī)范推薦的用于非比例載荷下循環(huán)計數(shù)的最大最小循環(huán)計數(shù)法。首先通過定義最大最小循環(huán)計數(shù)法在應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變遲滯回線上的循環(huán)路徑,賦予了最大最小循環(huán)計數(shù)法合理的物理意義。然后結(jié)合von-Mises損傷準(zhǔn)則和Miner線性損傷累積理論,編寫了非比例加載下使用最大最小循環(huán)計數(shù)法進行疲勞循環(huán)計數(shù)的實用程序,并成功應(yīng)用該程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)了對某核電站振動小支管疲勞壽命的預(yù)測。對比了非比例載荷下最大最小循環(huán)計數(shù)法和傳統(tǒng)雨流計數(shù)法的循環(huán)統(tǒng)計結(jié)果,表明非比例載荷下最大最小循環(huán)計數(shù)法統(tǒng)計的等效應(yīng)力幅值約為雨流法的1.085倍,循環(huán)次數(shù)約為雨流法的1.478倍。
[Abstract]:The paper studies the maximum minimum cycle count method recommended by ASME - VIII - 2 specification for non - proportional loading . First , by defining the cyclic path of the maximum minimum cycle count method on the stress - strain hysteresis loop , the paper gives the most reasonable physical meaning of the maximum minimum cycle count method . The maximum minimum cycle count method under non - proportional loading is used to predict the fatigue life of the small branch pipe of a nuclear power plant . The maximum minimum cycle count method under the non - proportional loading is compared with 1.085 times of the rain flow method , and the number of cycles is about 1.478 times of the rain flow method .
