【摘要】:為研究液化氣體泄漏時發(fā)生沸騰液體膨脹蒸氣爆炸(BLEVE)現(xiàn)象,基于楊-拉普拉斯公式及汽泡形成和成長的條件特性,應(yīng)建立液化氣氣體泄漏發(fā)生BLEVE現(xiàn)象的滯止時間模型。根據(jù)泄漏氣體的喉部泄漏特性,建立氣體泄漏速度公式;依據(jù)泄漏壓力容器內(nèi)部氣體比體積變化情況,建立壓力容器內(nèi)部比體積數(shù)學(xué)模型;基于氣體泄漏速度公式及壓力容器內(nèi)部比體積數(shù)學(xué)模型得到液化氣體泄漏發(fā)生BLEVE現(xiàn)象的滯止時間數(shù)學(xué)模型。結(jié)果表明,過熱度足夠高時,將使汽泡內(nèi)部的飽和蒸氣壓強打破汽泡表面張力形成的勢壘,汽泡破裂,發(fā)生蒸氣爆炸現(xiàn)象,在汽泡形成和上升過程中,汽泡平均上升時間較長,實驗結(jié)果驗證了模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the phenomenon of boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion (BLEVEE) during the leakage of liquefied gas, based on the Yang-Laplace formula and the conditions of bubble formation and growth, The lag time model for the occurrence of BLEVE phenomenon in liquefied gas leakage should be established. According to the throat leakage characteristics of the leaking gas, the formula of gas leakage velocity should be established, and the change of specific volume of gas in the leakage pressure vessel should be based on the variation of the specific volume of the gas inside the leakage pressure vessel. Based on the gas leakage velocity formula and the specific volume mathematical model of pressure vessel, the delay time mathematical model for the occurrence of BLEVE phenomenon of liquefied gas leakage is established. The results show that the superheat is high enough. The saturated vapor pressure inside the bubble will break through the barrier formed by the surface tension of the bubble, the bubble will break up, and the phenomenon of vapor explosion will occur. During the formation and rise of the bubble, the average rising time of the bubble is longer. Experimental results verify the validity of the model.
