串聯(lián)管道串聯(lián)閥芯受瞬變壓力研究

【摘要】:結(jié)合成品油停輸再啟動(dòng)特性,建立了成品油控制體運(yùn)動(dòng)方程、連續(xù)方程,提出了串聯(lián)閥芯流阻系數(shù)模型。通過差分方法對(duì)其編程求解,以串聯(lián)管道串聯(lián)閥芯為例,得出了串聯(lián)閥芯受瞬變壓力變化規(guī)律,探討了停輸再啟動(dòng)輸油管路瞬變壓力震蕩衰減問題。以一個(gè)具體的工程實(shí)例進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明:串聯(lián)管道串聯(lián)閥芯線性關(guān)閉較單閥門線性關(guān)閉產(chǎn)生的最大瞬變壓力由5.6MPa減至4.3MPa,減少了30.23%;管路瞬變壓力震蕩過程中,隨著流體可壓縮性的增大,流體的振幅衰減加劇,在43.2s時(shí)間內(nèi),瞬變壓力最大峰值由4.85MPa減至1.28MPa;雙閥門停輸再啟動(dòng)中延長任一個(gè)閥門啟閉時(shí)間均可使最大瞬變壓力減小;對(duì)于相同關(guān)閥計(jì)劃,閥芯流量系數(shù)越平緩,閥芯受瞬變壓力越小。
[Abstract]:Combined with the characteristics of finished oil shutdown and restarting, the equations of motion and continuity of finished oil controllers are established, and the model of flow resistance coefficient of series valve core is proposed. The method of difference is used to solve the problem, and the series pipe in series is taken as an example. The variation law of transient pressure on the series valve core is obtained, and the problem of attenuation of transient pressure oscillation in the pipeline is discussed. A concrete engineering example is used to study the problem. The results show that the maximum transient pressure caused by the linear closure of the series pipe spool is reduced from 5.6 MPA to 4.3 MPA, which decreases 30.23.The amplitude attenuation of the fluid increases with the increase of the compressibility of the fluid during the transient pressure oscillation of the pipeline. In 43.2 s, the maximum transient pressure peak value is reduced from 4.85 MPA to 1.28 MPA; the maximum transient pressure can be reduced by prolonging the opening and closing time of any valve during the shutdown and restarting of double valves; for the same valve closing plan, the flattener the flow coefficient of the valve core is, The smaller the valve core is subjected to transient pressure.
