【摘要】：運用ABAQUS對在沖擊載荷作用下二階自相似四邊形蜂窩面外方向的動態(tài)壓縮行為進行了數(shù)值模擬,分析了其在沖擊載荷作用下的動態(tài)壓縮過程,并對孔徑尺寸、沖擊速度和基體材料屈服強度對其壓縮模式及應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變關(guān)系的影響進行了研究。數(shù)值模擬表明:孔徑較小的二階自相似四邊形層級蜂窩在沖擊載荷作用下更易出現(xiàn)整體坍塌的壓縮失效模式;隨著基體材料屈服強度增大,平臺應(yīng)力值隨之增加,但對平臺長度沒有影響;隨著沖擊速度的增加,沖擊端平臺應(yīng)力值和平臺長度都有所增加。
[Abstract]:The dynamic compression behavior of the second order self-similar quadrilateral honeycomb under impact load is numerically simulated by ABAQUS. The dynamic compression process under impact load is analyzed, and the pore size is analyzed. The effects of impact velocity and yield strength of matrix material on compression mode and stress-strain relationship are studied. Numerical simulation shows that the second order self-similar quadrilateral honeycomb with small aperture is easier under impact loading. The compression failure mode of the whole collapse; With the increase of the yield strength of the matrix, the stress value of the platform increases, but it has no effect on the length of the platform, and with the increase of the impact velocity, the stress value of the platform and the length of the platform at the impact end increase.
