碳包覆鐵納米顆粒的氣相爆轟合成(英文)

【摘要】:以粉末狀與氣態(tài)二茂鐵為原料,以氫氣和氧氣混合氣體為爆轟能源,采用氣相爆轟法進(jìn)行了合成碳包覆鐵納米顆粒實(shí)驗(yàn)。XRD和TEM實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用兩種不同狀態(tài)的二茂鐵,均得到了納米碳包覆鐵顆粒。該包覆顆粒的組成核為鐵或鐵碳化合物,外層殼主要由石墨碳組成,大部分球形納米顆粒尺寸分布于5~30 nm之間。通過對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),采用氣態(tài)二茂鐵爆轟時(shí),所得到的碳包鐵粒度分布較為集中,殼層厚度比較均勻,且粒子具有較好的球形狀。最后結(jié)合鐵碳合金相圖,從熱處理角度對(duì)氣相爆轟合成碳包覆鐵納米顆粒的機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析,得出產(chǎn)物中α-Fe與Fe_3C的形成過程。分析了碳包覆鐵納米顆粒的磁滯回線,其表現(xiàn)出硬磁性與順磁性雙重性質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Using ferrocene powder and gaseous ferrocene as raw material and mixed gas of hydrogen and oxygen as detonation energy, the carbon coated iron nanoparticles were synthesized by gas phase detonation method. The results of XRD and TEM showed that ferrocene in two different states was used. The core of the coated particles is iron or iron carbon compounds, and the outer shell is mainly composed of graphite carbon. Most of the spherical nanoparticles are distributed in the range of 530 nm. When the gaseous ferrocene was detonated, the particle size distribution of carbon coated iron was more concentrated, the shell thickness was more uniform, and the particles had better spherical shape. Finally, the phase diagram of Fe-C alloy was combined. From the point of view of heat treatment, the mechanism of carbon-coated iron nanoparticles synthesized by gas phase detonation was analyzed, and the formation process of 偽 -Fe and Fe_3C in the products was obtained. The hysteresis loop of carbon coated iron nanoparticles was analyzed, which showed both hard magnetic and paramagnetic properties.
