夾雜強度對復(fù)合材料復(fù)雜度的影響研究

【摘要】:研究夾雜強度對復(fù)合材料復(fù)雜度的影響機理和規(guī)律。采用ABAQUS軟件及基于擴展有限元的粘性片段方法對復(fù)合材料的裂紋擴展進行了數(shù)值模擬,得到不同夾雜斷裂韌性材料的泛形裂紋構(gòu)形,并用計盒維數(shù)計算其復(fù)雜度。計算結(jié)果表明,隨夾雜強度的增大,材料斷裂模式由穿夾雜轉(zhuǎn)為沿夾雜破壞,使泛形斷裂面復(fù)雜度增加。復(fù)雜度的增加呈現(xiàn)劇烈增長和緩慢增長兩個階段,兩個階段的臨界值與材料由穿夾雜斷裂向沿夾雜斷裂的臨界值相符。不同最大夾雜尺寸的同一尺寸試件的復(fù)雜度隨夾雜尺寸增大而增大。
[Abstract]:The mechanism and regularity of the influence of inclusion strength on the complexity of composites are studied. The crack growth of composites is numerically simulated by using ABAQUS software and viscous fragment method based on extended finite element method. The panoramic crack configurations of different inclusion fracture toughness materials are obtained, and the complexity is calculated by box-counting dimension. The results show that the fracture mode of materials changes from inclusion to inclusion failure with the increase of inclusion strength. Increase the complexity of the panoramic fracture surface. The increase of complexity presents two stages: violent growth and slow growth. The critical values of the two stages are consistent with the critical values of the material from the penetrating inclusion fracture to the inclusion fracture along the inclusion. The complexity of the same size specimen with different maximum inclusion sizes increases with the increase of the inclusion size.
