【摘要】:研究電路與微梁耦合系統(tǒng)在有界窄帶激勵(lì)下的參數(shù)共振問題。建立有界窄帶激勵(lì)下微梁系統(tǒng)的隨機(jī)微分方程。應(yīng)用多尺度法得到系統(tǒng)參數(shù)共振的頻率響應(yīng)方程,導(dǎo)出系統(tǒng)的Ito隨機(jī)微分方程,采用矩法得到系統(tǒng)一階矩和二階矩的近似表達(dá)式,數(shù)值分析系統(tǒng)各個(gè)參數(shù)對(duì)微梁響應(yīng)的影響。結(jié)果表明,參數(shù)共振穩(wěn)態(tài)解穩(wěn)定的充分必要條件與系統(tǒng)一階矩和二階矩穩(wěn)定的充分必要條件是一樣的;當(dāng)微梁上極板的寬度、厚度和長(zhǎng)度增加時(shí),極板振幅的二階矩減小;當(dāng)上極板的阻尼系數(shù)、軸向力以及上下極板間的距離增加時(shí),極板振幅的二階矩增大。
[Abstract]:The stochastic differential equations of the micro - beam system under bounded narrow - band excitation are studied in this paper . The stochastic differential equations of the micro - beam system with bounded narrow - band excitation are established . By using the multi - scale method to obtain the frequency response equation of the system parameter resonance , the approximate expression of the system ' s first - order moment and the second - order moment is obtained by using the multi - scale method . The results show that the sufficient conditions for the stability of the parametric resonance steady - state solution are the same as those of the system - first - order moment and the second - order moment stability .
