【摘要】：為研究溫壓炸藥的爆炸特性,將25 g溫壓炸藥在5.8 L的密閉爆炸罐中引爆,測試了真空和空氣環(huán)境下的爆炸壓力和爆炸溫度,并通過氣相色譜分析了爆炸后的氣體產(chǎn)物。實驗結(jié)果表明,溫壓炸藥在空氣環(huán)境下的平衡壓力和平衡溫度明顯高于真空環(huán)境,并且空氣中的氧氣參與了炸藥中鋁粉的氧化反應(yīng),說明溫壓炸藥在空氣環(huán)境下存在后燃效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the explosion characteristics of warm - pressure explosive , the explosive pressure and explosion temperature in vacuum and air environment were tested by detonation of 25 g of warm - pressure explosive in a sealed explosion tank of 5.8 L , and the gas products after explosion were analyzed by gas chromatography . The experimental results show that the equilibrium pressure and equilibrium temperature of the explosive in the air environment are obviously higher than that of the vacuum environment , and the oxygen in the air is involved in the oxidation reaction of the aluminum powder in the explosive , which indicates the afterburning effect of the temperature - pressure explosive in the air environment .
