【摘要】:在超空化燃油射流使得噴霧中部分燃油分裂液滴內(nèi)含有空化氣泡;空化氣泡的生長對液滴的分裂與霧化具有重要的影響。研究基于VOF方法對燃油液滴內(nèi)空化氣泡的生長過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,結(jié)合R-P方程對單液滴內(nèi)空化氣泡生長控制機(jī)理及影響因素進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,單液滴內(nèi)空化氣泡的生長可以按控制機(jī)理劃分為表面張力控制階段、綜合競爭階段和慣性力控制階段。在第I生長階段,空泡的生長主要受表面張力的控制作用;在第II生長階段,空泡的生長主要受表面張力、慣性力及黏性力三者的綜合作用;在第III生長階段,空泡的生長主要受慣性力的控制作用。最后,利用建立的數(shù)值計(jì)算模型對表面張力系數(shù)、液體黏度及液體密度對液滴內(nèi)氣泡生長過程的影響進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:In the super cavitation fuel jet, some cavitation bubbles exist in some of the fuel splitting droplets, and the growth of cavitation bubbles has an important influence on the droplet splitting and atomization. Based on the VOF method, the growth process of cavitation bubbles in fuel droplets was numerically simulated. Combined with R-P equation, the growth mechanism and influencing factors of cavitation bubbles in single droplets were analyzed. The results show that the growth of cavitation bubbles in single liquid droplets can be divided into surface tension control stage, comprehensive competition stage and inertial force control stage according to the control mechanism. In the growth stage of I, the growth of the cavity is mainly controlled by the surface tension. In the growth stage of II, the growth of the cavity is mainly affected by the three functions of the surface tension, the inertia force and the viscous force. In the III growth stage, the growth of the cavity is mainly controlled by the inertia force. Finally, the effect of the surface tension coefficient, liquid viscosity and liquid density on the bubble growth in the droplet was analyzed by the established numerical model.
