【摘要】：針對(duì)采用固定沖擊下計(jì)算的彈性鋼索三次沖擊應(yīng)力作為峰值應(yīng)力的局限性,提出了基于滑動(dòng)沖擊的彈性鋼索三次沖擊力學(xué)特性分析理論,推導(dǎo)并建立了分析計(jì)算和仿真模型,經(jīng)與試驗(yàn)實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了滑動(dòng)沖擊下計(jì)算的鋼索三次沖擊應(yīng)力作為峰值應(yīng)力更加合理,證明了提出的理論和分析計(jì)算模型正確可用。通過仿真模型開展了仿真分析,說明了不同沖擊速度、沖擊角度及摩擦系數(shù)與鋼索三次沖擊應(yīng)力大小的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果可為鋼索沖擊應(yīng)力計(jì)算提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:The limitation for the calculation of the fixed elastic cables under the impact of the three impact stress as the peak stress, the elastic rope sliding impact three impact mechanical characteristics analysis based on the theory analysis and simulation model is established by deduction and with the test results of ratio calculation proves the cable three impact sliding under the impact stress as the peak stress is more reasonable, and proved that the theory analysis is presented to calculate the correct model available. The simulation analysis is carried out through the simulation model, and the relationship between the impact velocity, the impact angle, the friction coefficient and the three impact stress of the cable is explained. The results can provide a theoretical reference for the calculation of the impact stress of the steel cable.
