某鐵礦全尾砂膠結(jié)充填配比優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:某鐵礦采用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)和極差分析方法,研究料漿濃度、灰砂比、養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期三因素對(duì)充填體抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響并進(jìn)行顯著性檢驗(yàn),并研究料漿濃度對(duì)坍落度的影響。結(jié)果表明:料漿濃度70%、灰砂比1∶6、養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期28d為最佳方案(成本最低),影響充填體強(qiáng)度的顯著性因素依次為養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期料漿濃度灰砂比,所以礦山生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)保證充填體具有足夠的養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期;且料漿濃度為66%~68%時(shí)具有最佳輸送流動(dòng)性。
