基于載荷轉(zhuǎn)移距離和有效寬度的煤柱穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)方法

【摘要】:煤柱穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)是房柱式開采設(shè)計(jì)的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容之一。在分析煤柱強(qiáng)度、煤柱載荷和從屬面積法煤柱穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,定義了煤柱有效寬度為煤柱橫截面內(nèi)最大內(nèi)切圓直徑,引入采動(dòng)載荷轉(zhuǎn)移距離LTD,建立了基于載荷轉(zhuǎn)移距離和煤柱有效寬度的煤柱穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)方法。通過對(duì)規(guī)則煤柱和不規(guī)則煤柱穩(wěn)定性的對(duì)比分析,表明新方法能有效改進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)從屬面積法評(píng)價(jià)煤柱穩(wěn)定性的局限性。為驗(yàn)證基于載荷轉(zhuǎn)移距離和有效寬度的煤柱穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)方法的可靠性,采用3DEC數(shù)值方法進(jìn)行了模擬分析,模擬計(jì)算的煤柱載荷分布規(guī)律與理論計(jì)算一致,相對(duì)誤差多在10%以下,最大相對(duì)誤差為12.68%,驗(yàn)證了基于載荷轉(zhuǎn)移距離的煤柱載荷計(jì)算的合理性。表明新方法不僅適用于規(guī)則煤柱,也適用于不規(guī)則煤柱,具有較好的普適性。
[Abstract]:The stability evaluation of coal pillar is one of the main research contents of room-pillar mining design. Based on the analysis of coal pillar strength, coal pillar load and subordinate area method, the effective width of coal pillar is defined as the maximum internal tangent circle diameter in the cross section of coal pillar, and the coal pillar stability evaluation method based on load transfer distance and effective width of coal pillar is established by introducing mining load transfer distance LTD,. Through the comparative analysis of the stability of regular coal pillar and irregular coal pillar, it is shown that the new method can effectively improve the limitations of the traditional subordinate area method in evaluating the stability of coal pillar. In order to verify the reliability of the coal pillar stability evaluation method based on load transfer distance and effective width, the 3DEC numerical method is used to simulate and analyze the coal pillar load distribution law, which is consistent with the theoretical calculation. The relative error is less than 10% and the maximum relative error is 12.68%. The rationality of the coal pillar load calculation based on load transfer distance is verified. The results show that the new method is not only suitable for regular coal pillar, but also suitable for irregular coal pillar, and has good universality.
