下分層不同層位千米鉆孔穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:抽采鉆孔的穩(wěn)定性影響到抽采工程效果的好壞.采動作用下,位于底板下方不同層位千米鉆孔的加卸載路徑不同.為得到采動作用對不同層位鉆孔穩(wěn)定性的影響,分析了底板不同層位鉆孔加卸載路徑.依據(jù)該路徑,設計十種數(shù)值模擬計算方案,對底板鉆孔在不同速率加卸載、變速加卸載兩種方式下的破壞范圍、孔壁位移進行了分析,得到了加卸載結(jié)束后各方案對應的塑性區(qū)分布范圍及加卸載過程中孔壁位移曲線.依據(jù)數(shù)值計算得到的卸載速率與形變恢復滯后性的關(guān)系,建立了考慮卸載速率變化的鉆孔周邊切應力計算模型.研究結(jié)果表明:加載速率對鉆孔周邊的破壞范圍幾乎不產(chǎn)生影響;卸載過程中,鉆孔周邊破壞范圍與初始卸載應力及卸載速率相關(guān),在進行底板順層抽采鉆孔布置時需綜合考慮布孔位置處的應力值及卸載速率.

[Abstract]:The stability of extraction drilling affects the effect of extraction engineering. Under the action of mining, the loading and unloading paths of kilometer boreholes located in different layers below the bottom plate are different. In order to obtain the influence of mining action on the stability of boreholes in different layers, the loading and unloading paths of boreholes in different layers of floor are analyzed. According to this path, ten numerical simulation calculation schemes are designed to analyze the failure range and hole wall displacement of floor boreholes under different rates of loading and unloading and variable speed loading and unloading, and the distribution range of plastic zone and the displacement curve of hole wall in the process of loading and unloading are obtained. According to the relationship between the unloading rate and the lag of deformation recovery, a shear stress calculation model around the hole considering the change of unloading rate is established. The results show that the loading rate has little effect on the failure range around the hole, and the failure range around the hole is related to the initial unloading stress and unloading rate in the process of unloading, and the stress value and unloading rate at the location of the hole should be considered comprehensively when the drilling hole is arranged along the floor.
