利用鞍鋼燒結(jié)灰渣開發(fā)尾砂膠凝材料正交試驗與決策

【摘要】：燒結(jié)脫硫灰渣是焦化廠生產(chǎn)煉鋼焦煤排放的廢棄物。由于脫硫灰渣含有游離氧化鈣和亞硫酸鈣等不穩(wěn)定的礦物成分,導致燒結(jié)脫硫灰渣資源利用面臨困難。針對鞍鋼礦山全尾砂無廢充填法開采,以礦渣微粉和燒結(jié)脫硫灰渣作為主要材料,熟料和硫酸鹽為復合激發(fā)劑,對鞍鋼礦山全尾砂充填膠凝材料進行開發(fā)。首先開展充填膠凝材料配比的正交試驗;然后,在極差分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡模型和預測能力,揭示膠凝材料復合激發(fā)劑配比對充填體強度影響規(guī)律;最后,綜合極差分析和預測分析結(jié)果,獲得了利用燒結(jié)脫硫灰渣開發(fā)的全尾砂膠凝材料的最優(yōu)配方。結(jié)果顯示:以鞍鋼全尾砂作為充填料,膠砂比為1∶6和濃度為70%的膠凝材料最優(yōu)配比為:熟料4%,脫硫灰渣19%,芒硝0.5%,礦渣微粉76.5%,充填體28 d,強度最高達到3.883 MPa,是相同條件下水泥膠結(jié)充填體強度的1.7倍,但材料成本僅是水泥的40%~45%。
[Abstract]:Sintering desulphurization ash is the waste discharged from coking plant to produce steelmaking coke coal. Because desulphurization ash contains unstable mineral components such as free calcium oxide and calcium sulfite, it is difficult to utilize sintered desulphurization ash resources. Aiming at the mining of full tailings without waste filling method in Angang mine, the cementitious material of full tailings filling in Angang mine was developed by using slag powder and sintered desulphurization ash slag as the main materials and clinker and sulfate as composite activating agent. Firstly, the orthogonal test of the ratio of filling cementitious materials is carried out; then, on the basis of extreme difference analysis, the neural network model and prediction ability are established to reveal the influence of the ratio of composite exciter of cementitious materials on the strength of filling body. Finally, the optimal formula of the whole tailings cementitious material developed by sintering desulphurization ash is obtained by synthesizing the results of extreme difference analysis and prediction analysis. The results show that the optimum ratio of cement to sand is 4% clinker, 19% desulphurization slag, 0.5% mirabilite, 76.5% slag powder, 28 MPa, filling body and 3.883 MPa, but the material cost is only 40% and 45% of that of cement under the same conditions.
