風(fēng)力扭振協(xié)同作用下振動螺旋床面上顆粒分層分帶規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:論文以研究背景和意義為切入點,提出了“風(fēng)力扭振協(xié)同作用下振動螺旋床面上顆粒分層分帶規(guī)律研究”這一研究課題。綜述了國內(nèi)外干法選煤設(shè)備和技術(shù)的進(jìn)展,總結(jié)了前人研究所取得的成果,以此為基礎(chǔ),介紹了離散元仿真軟件EDEM、BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),同時建立了試驗分選結(jié)果和分選參數(shù)的多因素非線性模型,首次將EDEM-Fluent耦合運(yùn)用到對該設(shè)備的研究中去,旨在為振動螺旋干法分選機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化和分選機(jī)理的研究提供幫助。論文首先通過建立振動螺旋干法分選機(jī)的動力學(xué)模型,推導(dǎo)得出垂直振幅和水平振幅的表達(dá)式,為后續(xù)仿真提供了理論指導(dǎo);運(yùn)用SolidWorks三維建模軟件,建立振動螺旋干法分選機(jī)的三維模型;以物料顆粒原型為基礎(chǔ)并結(jié)合研究需要,創(chuàng)建顆粒的三維模型,為后續(xù)仿真試驗提供了準(zhǔn)確的實體模型。根據(jù)EDEM內(nèi)置的前處理模塊、仿真求解模塊、后處理模塊的操作順序,依次進(jìn)行變量設(shè)置和操作步驟,完成振動螺旋干法分選的分選圈數(shù)單因素尋優(yōu)、多因素仿真試驗研究,得到后續(xù)主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的優(yōu)化分析所需的數(shù)據(jù)圖表等;在振動頻率35Hz、分選圈數(shù)4圈、螺距T=350mm、β=5°的條件時,精煤帶煤量為65.39%;運(yùn)用MATLAB2012b建立振動頻率、垂直振幅、水平振幅、螺距、徑向傾角和分選結(jié)果之間的多元非線性模型,并得到相對應(yīng)的多項式;最后運(yùn)用ICEM軟件對振動螺旋干法分選機(jī)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格劃分,在EDEM中設(shè)置相應(yīng)的顆粒相仿真參數(shù),在Fluent設(shè)置流體參數(shù),進(jìn)行EDEM-Fluent耦合探究,發(fā)現(xiàn)風(fēng)力的引入對于避免細(xì)顆粒的離析現(xiàn)象有著重要意義。在同等條件下完成了對振動頻率和分選圈數(shù)的物理試驗驗證,仿真試驗和物理試驗結(jié)果在誤差允許范圍內(nèi),證明了仿真試驗的可靠性;同時探究了激振力的大小對分選結(jié)果的影響,和振動螺旋干法分選機(jī)動力學(xué)模型中激振力的作用效果分析非常契合。
[Abstract]:Based on the research background and significance, this paper puts forward the research topic of "study on the stratification and zoning of particles on the vibrating spiral bed surface under the synergistic action of wind torsional vibration". The progress of dry coal preparation equipment and technology at home and abroad is reviewed, and the achievements of previous research are summarized. On the basis of this, the discrete element simulation software EDEM,BP neural network is introduced. At the same time, the multi-factor nonlinear model of the test separation results and separation parameters is established, and the EDEM-Fluent coupling is applied to the research of the equipment for the first time. The purpose of this paper is to provide help for the optimization of structural parameters and the study of separation mechanism of vibrating spiral dry separator. Firstly, the dynamic model of vibrating spiral dry separator is established, and the expressions of vertical amplitude and horizontal amplitude are derived, which provides theoretical guidance for subsequent simulation; the 3D model of vibrating spiral dry separator is established by using SolidWorks 3D modeling software; based on the prototype of material particles and combined with the research needs, the 3D model of particles is established, which provides an accurate solid model for the subsequent simulation experiment. According to the pre-processing module, the simulation solution module and the operation sequence of the post-processing module, the variable setting and operation steps are carried out in turn, the single factor optimization of the number of sorting rings in vibration spiral dry method is completed, the multi-factor simulation test is studied, and the data charts needed for the optimization analysis of the following main structural parameters are obtained.
