勝利礦不明采空區(qū)推測(cè)及積水危險(xiǎn)性分析

【摘要】:采空區(qū)積水引起的透水事故占礦井透水事故的70%以上,給煤礦造成了重大的人員傷亡及財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。勝利礦井田范圍內(nèi)分布著眾多小窯、老窯采空區(qū),且部分采空區(qū)存在大量積水。由于小礦管理不善,導(dǎo)致相關(guān)資料缺失,使這些采空區(qū)成為不明采空區(qū)。為了保證勝利礦在開采過程中的生產(chǎn)安全,需要對(duì)不明采空區(qū)的位置、范圍、積水情況進(jìn)行研究及對(duì)其10#煤層上部采空區(qū)積水的危險(xiǎn)性進(jìn)行分析。論文依據(jù)地面調(diào)查分析所獲得的小礦資料和信息,提出了依據(jù)開采量和最小可能回采率等推測(cè)開采范圍的推測(cè)方法,并對(duì)各煤層的小礦可能開采范圍進(jìn)行了推測(cè)。結(jié)合井巷掘進(jìn)和井下鉆探揭露情況,對(duì)附近各煤層的開采狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了分析。將各類有關(guān)信息匯總,形成了不同圖層,在信息匯總圖上進(jìn)行了綜合分析,推斷出2#、6#和10#煤層采空區(qū)、采空積水區(qū)和未采區(qū)大致范圍。提出了上部采空區(qū)積水對(duì)下部煤層開采威脅程度的判定方法,把其危險(xiǎn)性劃分為原巖滲透型、近似原巖滲透型、涌入型和突水型四種類型,分別給出了定義和界定準(zhǔn)則。根據(jù)此準(zhǔn)則,分別對(duì)2#和6#煤層采空區(qū)積水對(duì)10#煤層開采的危險(xiǎn)性進(jìn)行了分析。分析結(jié)果為,2#煤層采空區(qū)積水對(duì)10#煤層的危險(xiǎn)性為近似原巖滲透型,6#煤層采空區(qū)積水對(duì)10#煤層的危險(xiǎn)性為突水型。研究成果將為勝利礦安全高效生產(chǎn)和進(jìn)一步勘查提供重要的依據(jù),對(duì)存在不明采空區(qū)的礦井具有較強(qiáng)的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The permeable accidents caused by water accumulation in goaf account for more than 70% of mine permeable accidents, which cause heavy casualties and property losses to coal mines. There are many small kilns in Shengli mine field, the goaf of old kiln, and there is a lot of water in some goaf. Due to the poor management of small mines, the lack of relevant information makes these goaf become unknown goaf. In order to ensure the production safety of Shengli Mine in the mining process, it is necessary to study the position, scope and water accumulation of unknown goaf and analyze the risk of water accumulation in the upper goaf of 100# coal seam. Based on the data and information of small mines obtained from surface investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward a method to speculate the mining range according to the mining amount and the minimum possible recovery rate, and speculates the possible mining range of each coal seam. Combined with the excavation of shaft and roadway and the exposure of underground drilling, the mining state of each coal seam nearby is analyzed. Different layers are formed by summarizing all kinds of relevant information, and the comprehensive analysis is carried out on the information summary map, and the approximate ranges of goaf, goaf and unmined areas in coal seams of 2 #, 6 # and 10 # coal seams are inferred. This paper puts forward a method to determine the threat degree of water accumulation in the upper goaf to the mining of the lower coal seam. The risk is divided into four types: original rock permeable type, approximate original rock permeable type, influx type and water inrush type, and the definition and definition criteria are given respectively. According to this criterion, the risk of water accumulation in goaf of 2 # coal seam and 6 # coal seam to 10 # coal seam mining is analyzed respectively. The analysis results show that the risk of water accumulation in goaf of 2 # coal seam to 10 # coal seam is similar to that of original rock permeability, and the risk of water accumulation in goaf of 6 # coal seam to 10 # coal seam is of water inrush type. The research results will provide an important basis for the safe and efficient production and further exploration of Shengli Mine, and will have a strong reference significance for the mines with unknown goaf.
