膏體流變參數(shù)影響機制及計算模型

【摘要】:首先對膏體物料特性開展量化表征研究,通過分析膏體細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu)的物質(zhì)組成,提出了一種全面描述物料特征的綜合指標(biāo)——固體填充率;開展膏體流變實驗,基于賓漢模型對流變曲線進行擬合獲得相應(yīng)的屈服應(yīng)力及塑性黏度,分析了體積分?jǐn)?shù)、質(zhì)量加權(quán)平均粒徑、不均勻系數(shù)、細(xì)顆粒及水泥質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)等因素對流變參數(shù)的影響規(guī)律,并從細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu)的角度對其影響機制進行了解釋,最終構(gòu)建了流變參數(shù)關(guān)于固體填充率的計算模型.研究結(jié)果表明:相同條件下,膏體屈服應(yīng)力及塑性黏度隨體積分?jǐn)?shù)增大呈指數(shù)增大,隨物料不均勻系數(shù)增大而減小,隨細(xì)顆粒含量增大呈先減小再增大的變化趨勢.
[Abstract]:Firstly, the quantitative characterization of paste material characteristics was carried out. By analyzing the material composition of the paste meso-structure, a comprehensive index, solid filling rate, was proposed to describe the material characteristics in an all-round way. The rheological experiment of paste was carried out, and the yield stress and plastic viscosity were obtained by fitting the convective variation curve of Bingham model. The volume fraction, weighted average particle size and non-uniform coefficient of volume fraction, weight-weighted average particle size and non-uniform coefficient were analyzed. The influence of fine particles and cement mass fraction on rheological parameters is discussed, and the influence mechanism is explained from the point of view of meso-structure. Finally, the calculation model of rheological parameters on solid filling ratio is established. The results show that under the same conditions, the yield stress and plastic viscosity of the paste increase exponentially with the increase of the volume fraction, decrease with the increase of the non-uniform coefficient of the material, and decrease first and then increase with the increase of the content of fine particles.
