不同類型采場沖擊地壓危險預測體系研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with more and more mines entering deep mining in our country, coal mine rock burst has become one of the main obstacles to safe production and personal safety of underground workers in our country and even in the world. At present, many deep-well mines in China have adopted large strip mining due to ground coal pressure and other reasons. Both sides of the first mining face are usually solid coal, and then one side of the goaf, two sides of the goaf and even the "isolated island" face will be mined. The stress field of the working face under different boundary conditions is very different, and the risk of rock burst is also very different. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a unified prediction system of rock burst risk by combining different types of stope and considering all the factors that affect the impact rock pressure. By using the methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of overlying rock space structure and key strata, the paper makes a horizontal comparison on the spatial structure form, movement rule and stress field distribution of several different types of stope in Chaoyang Coal Mine. It can directly reflect the difference of stress field at different types of mining site and the risk of rock burst. At the same time, for the first time, the difference of rock pressure risk of different types of stope is combined with many factors that affect the impact of rock pressure accident, and a unified prediction system of rock burst risk is established. It breaks the previous single prediction system applicable to a particular mining condition and stope type. In addition, the paper also makes use of the prediction system based on different stope types to predict the impact risk area of 3201 face in Chaoyang Coal Mine. Combined with the existing monitoring results of micro-earthquakes and the actual situation of rock burst in the field, the prediction results are verified to ensure the accuracy of the prediction results.
