基于AHP的大采高綜放工作面主要設(shè)備的選型與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文研究的目標(biāo)是為龍固礦2301工作面完成主要設(shè)備的選型,并檢驗(yàn)其是否滿足生產(chǎn)的要求。首先在完成工作面資源賦存條件調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上利用煤巖力學(xué)參數(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn)、數(shù)值模擬以及數(shù)值計算等方法確定工作面的割煤高度;其次在按照工作面主要設(shè)備選型原則的基礎(chǔ)上利用數(shù)值計算等綜合方法得出了工作面主要設(shè)備的技術(shù)參數(shù);再次是結(jié)合對相關(guān)煤礦的調(diào)研總結(jié)出千萬噸級的綜放工作面對于工作面主要設(shè)備的要求,然后利用工程類比的方法選出符合要求的配套方案;在得到配套方案之后則需要利用層次分析法對配套方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化選擇;最后通過現(xiàn)場實(shí)測檢驗(yàn)工作面的主要設(shè)備在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中的適應(yīng)性并總結(jié)其存在的問題。本次設(shè)備的選型一方面幫助實(shí)現(xiàn)礦井的安全高產(chǎn)高效高集約化生產(chǎn)另一方面也可以為其他礦井的設(shè)備選型提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The aim of this paper is to complete the selection of main equipment for 2301 working face of Longgu Mine, and to check whether it can meet the requirements of production. Firstly, the coal cutting height is determined by means of coal mechanics parameter experiment, numerical simulation and numerical calculation on the basis of the investigation of working face resource occurrence condition. Secondly, on the basis of the principle of selecting the main equipment in the working face, the technical parameters of the main equipment in the working face are obtained by means of numerical calculation and other comprehensive methods. Thirdly, combined with the investigation of the relevant coal mines, the requirements of the main equipment of the fully mechanized top-coal caving face of ten million tons are summarized, and then the matching scheme which meets the requirements is selected by the method of engineering analogy. After obtaining the matching scheme, it is necessary to use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to optimize the selection of the matching scheme. Finally, the adaptability of the main equipment of the working face in actual production is tested by field measurement and the existing problems are summarized. On the one hand, this equipment selection can help to realize the safety, high yield, high efficiency and intensive production of mine, on the other hand, it can also provide reference basis for other mine equipment selection.
