基于AHP的大采高綜放工作面主要設(shè)備的選型與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:The aim of this paper is to complete the selection of main equipment for 2301 working face of Longgu Mine, and to check whether it can meet the requirements of production. Firstly, the coal cutting height is determined by means of coal mechanics parameter experiment, numerical simulation and numerical calculation on the basis of the investigation of working face resource occurrence condition. Secondly, on the basis of the principle of selecting the main equipment in the working face, the technical parameters of the main equipment in the working face are obtained by means of numerical calculation and other comprehensive methods. Thirdly, combined with the investigation of the relevant coal mines, the requirements of the main equipment of the fully mechanized top-coal caving face of ten million tons are summarized, and then the matching scheme which meets the requirements is selected by the method of engineering analogy. After obtaining the matching scheme, it is necessary to use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to optimize the selection of the matching scheme. Finally, the adaptability of the main equipment of the working face in actual production is tested by field measurement and the existing problems are summarized. On the one hand, this equipment selection can help to realize the safety, high yield, high efficiency and intensive production of mine, on the other hand, it can also provide reference basis for other mine equipment selection.
