基于小波(包)和HHT的爆破震動信號分析與應用

【摘要】:信號監(jiān)測和分析是爆破震動領域的重點研究內容。為了解決某礦爆破工藝存在的問題,在切割槽爆破和采場崩礦爆破實測數(shù)據(jù)的基礎上,借助信號小波(包)和HHT技術,進行了爆破震動信號去噪、微差爆破延時識別、爆破震動波形預測和爆破震動能量安全等相關研究。(1)對爆破震動原始信號進行了小波閾值法和EMD低通法去噪研究,并分析了其缺陷性。綜合EMD方法分解、重構方便和小波閾值法靈活、可調的優(yōu)點,提出一種高效的爆破震動信號去噪方法—EMD-小波閾值法。(2)依據(jù)雷管引爆炸藥激發(fā)能量密度突變原理,對切割槽微差爆破延時時間進行識別,獲知了雷管的性能,為礦山爆破設計提供了依據(jù)。(3)將小波包技術引入,分析了分頻段爆破震動波的傳播規(guī)律,在此基礎上,選定具有場地信息的震動波作為基函數(shù),構建了一種全時-程的爆破震動波形預測模型。(4)從能量的角度出發(fā),借鑒物理學“共振”原理和EEMD分解方法,對爆破震動加載下地表建筑物的穩(wěn)定性進行了研究,初步建立了EEMD折合能量評判模型。并將該模型應用于工程實踐,初步推斷得出,折合能量16時,該礦地表建(構)筑物有破壞危險。nE
[Abstract]:Signal monitoring and analysis is the key research content in the field of blasting vibration. In order to solve the problems existing in blasting technology of a certain mine, on the basis of the measured data of cutting slot blasting and stope caving blasting, with the help of signal wavelet (packet) and HHT technology, the blasting vibration signal was de-noised and the delay of millisecond blasting was identified. The prediction of blasting vibration waveform and the safety of blasting vibration energy are studied. (1) the wavelet threshold method and EMD low-pass method are used to de-noising the original signal of blasting vibration, and its defect is analyzed. Based on the advantages of EMD decomposition, convenient reconstruction and flexible and adjustable wavelet threshold method, an efficient de-noising method of blasting vibration signal-EMD- wavelet threshold method is proposed. (2) according to the sudden change principle of energy density of detonator detonating explosive, an efficient method of de-noising blasting vibration signal-EMD- wavelet threshold method is proposed. The delay time of cutting slot millisecond blasting is identified, and the performance of detonator is obtained, which provides the basis for mine blasting design. (3) the wavelet packet technology is introduced to analyze the propagation law of blasting vibration wave in the frequency division section, and on this basis, the blasting vibration wave propagation law is analyzed. The vibration wave with site information is selected as the basic function, and a full-time-range prediction model of blasting vibration waveform is constructed. (4) from the point of view of energy, the "resonance" principle of physics and the EEMD decomposition method are used for reference. In this paper, the stability of surface buildings under blasting vibration loading is studied, and the EEMD reduction energy evaluation model is established. The model is applied to the engineering practice, and the preliminary inference is that the surface building (structure) of the mine is in danger of damage when the conversion energy is 16:00. NE
