半移動式雙齒輥破碎站的類型及應(yīng)用分析

【摘要】:大型露天礦區(qū)開采工藝面一般為有臺階式和無臺階式,根據(jù)礦區(qū)地形條件和破碎系統(tǒng)方案來確定礦山設(shè)備的土建方案,大型礦山設(shè)備的土建量大,土建方案的合理性直接影響開采成本。又綜合考慮運輸距離成本,要求部分礦山設(shè)備具備可移動的要求,需重復(fù)土建施工,基礎(chǔ)土建施工是露天礦用戶關(guān)注的重點之一。以半移動式雙齒輥破碎站為研究對象,結(jié)合露天煤礦破碎站應(yīng)用現(xiàn)場考察情況,分析研究了三種類型的半移動式雙齒輥破碎站的土建方案、結(jié)構(gòu)特點及應(yīng)用場合,目的是在滿足破碎站的生產(chǎn)能力前提下,最大限度減少用戶基礎(chǔ)建筑土建量,為用戶選擇適合的破碎站類型提供參考。
[Abstract]:The mining technology surface of large-scale open-pit mining area is usually step-type and non-step-type. According to the terrain conditions of mining area and the scheme of crushing system, the civil construction scheme of mine equipment is determined, and the large-scale mining equipment has a large amount of civil construction. The rationality of civil engineering scheme directly affects the mining cost. Considering the transportation distance cost, part of the mine equipment is required to be movable, and it is necessary to repeat the civil construction, and the foundation civil construction is one of the focal points concerned by the users of the open-pit mine. Taking the semi-mobile double-tooth roller crushing station as the research object, combined with the field investigation of the crushing station in the open-pit coal mine, the civil construction scheme, the structural characteristics and the application situation of three types of semi-mobile double-tooth roller crushing station are analyzed and studied. The purpose of this paper is to minimize the quantity of civil construction of user's basic building and to provide reference for users to choose the suitable crushing station type under the premise of satisfying the production capacity of crushing station.
