礦用鋼絲繩在線檢測系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計

【摘要】:鋼絲繩作為礦井提升系統(tǒng)牽引、運輸、提升過程中的關(guān)鍵部件,在其長期工作過程中受到礦井復(fù)雜環(huán)境的腐蝕、磨損、物理撞擊、擠壓等各種因素的影響,會出現(xiàn)斷絲、磨損、扭結(jié)、銹蝕等損傷,導(dǎo)致使用強度和壽命降低,使得鋼絲繩發(fā)生驟斷的風(fēng)險升高,威脅到人員財產(chǎn)生命安全,造成生產(chǎn)停頓。因此,研究和開發(fā)一種能夠?qū)︿摻z繩的損傷進(jìn)行檢測和定量識別的檢測系統(tǒng),避免因鋼絲繩斷裂造成事故的發(fā)生,保障人員和設(shè)備的安全具有十分重大的意義。本文針對鋼絲繩LF型損傷(主要是斷絲),分別在鋼絲繩勵磁裝置和傳感器設(shè)計、調(diào)理電路的設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)、損傷信號的處理、特征量提取與損傷定量識別和鋼絲繩檢測系統(tǒng)上位機軟件等方面作了研究、設(shè)計、開發(fā)和試驗。根據(jù)鋼絲繩的磁化和漏磁檢測原理,設(shè)計了鋼絲繩勵磁裝置;選用磁敏電阻作為傳感器與勵磁裝置組成鋼絲繩檢測探頭。采用ARM技術(shù)、以太網(wǎng)接口和TCP/IP通信協(xié)議設(shè)計了采集傳感器輸出信號的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),開發(fā)了上位機測試程序?qū)?shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的性能進(jìn)行了測試。利用MATLAB小波分析工具箱對鋼絲繩檢測信號進(jìn)行仿真處理。分析了鋼絲繩斷絲信號的特征量,并將其提取出來,提出采用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和超門限方法對鋼絲繩斷絲進(jìn)行定量識別。采用C#語言開發(fā)了鋼絲繩在線檢測系統(tǒng)的上位機軟件,提出了采用算法簡單、易于實現(xiàn)的超門限方法識別鋼絲繩斷絲,并針對不同現(xiàn)場使用不同規(guī)格鋼絲繩的實際情況,設(shè)計了先校準(zhǔn)得到門限值再檢測的鋼絲繩檢測方案。在實際現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行了驗證,結(jié)果與實際基本相符。
[Abstract]:Wire rope, as a key component in the process of traction, transportation and lifting of mine hoisting system, is affected by various factors such as corrosion, wear, physical impact, extrusion and so on in the long-term working process of mine hoisting system, which will lead to wire breaking and wear. The damage of kink, rust and so on leads to the reduction of service strength and service life, the increase of the risk of sudden break of wire rope, the threat to the safety of personnel and property, and the production standstill. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and develop a detection system which can detect and quantitatively identify the damage of steel wire rope, to avoid the accident caused by the breakage of steel wire rope and to guarantee the safety of personnel and equipment. Aiming at the damage of wire rope LF (mainly broken wire), the design of excitation device and sensor of wire rope, the design of conditioning circuit, the data acquisition system, the processing of damage signal, and so on, are presented in this paper. The feature extraction and damage quantitative identification and the upper computer software of wire rope detection system are studied, designed, developed and tested. According to the principle of magnetization and magnetic leakage detection of steel wire rope, the wire rope excitation device is designed, and the magnetic resistance is selected as the sensor and excitation device to form the wire rope detection probe. Using ARM technology, Ethernet interface and TCP/IP communication protocol, a data acquisition system is designed to collect the output signal of the sensor. The performance of the data acquisition system is tested by the upper computer test program. MATLAB wavelet analysis toolbox is used to simulate the detection signal of steel wire rope. The characteristic quantity of wire broken signal of wire rope is analyzed and extracted. The BP neural network and over threshold method are used to identify the broken wire of wire rope quantitatively. The upper computer software of wire rope on-line detection system is developed by using C # language, and the super-threshold method, which is simple in algorithm and easy to realize, is proposed to identify broken wire rope, and the actual situation of using different specifications of wire rope in different field is pointed out. The detection scheme of steel wire rope was designed, which was calibrated to get threshold value and then tested. It is verified on the spot that the results are in good agreement with the actual situation.
